I'm sorry but this whole reveal over the last two episodes has pissed me off. How could the writers get it this wrong? The only thing they got right is Jay telling the Mitchells about themselves.

It's less about what is right and wrong but more about what you expect from a character. The reactions from Jay and Phil differ, but both are what you'd expect from them.

Jay was so spot on, it made me want to cheer! :lol: It's high time that Ben faces up to his sexuality, and Phil needs to get a grip when it comes to this as well.

 

Carmel communicating with people via shouting at windows, is my new favourite thing. :kink: May she continue to do this. In all seriousness I think Carmel is wonderful! I really like her friendship with Denise.

Carmel is wonderful but I do find her strong support of Stacey nauseating even if it is her grandchild and I do worry she'll just become a spare part. Scenes with her and Kush have been pretty naff of late.

I'd be quite gutted if they got rid of Carmel. Bonnie has really shone in the role and I think she has what it takes to be a long lasting character if she's invested, but the producers will need to give her something to do. Hopefully SOC has plans.

Carmel has to stay, she is a breath of fresh air and i always enjoy her screen time, Kush i can take or leave.

Apparently early drafts of the schedule commencing 25th April shows there will be an hour long episode on Wednesday 27th April. Either that's due to missing episodes due to Euro 2016 in the summer or it marks Peggy's comeback.

Definitely, along with Jay giving Phil and Ben what for the other day. It feels like the things people on forums bring up don't actually get addressed on screen so it's great to see characters actually saying what we think. It's a sign of good writing I think if the team actually consider the things a viewer would be saying when they watch the programme.

Yeah, I just noticed that too. Hopefully it will be a big week - I've noticed we've not had an "April Trailer" yet and the titles for the ones we've had this year seem to indicate we'll continue getting at least one a month (unless it's for next week which is Nancy/Tamwar's exit week).

Maybe they'll just skip April and go for May, since that's likely the big Peggy storyline getting underway. There's a lot of contradiction about when her storyline is actually airing. Some indicates late May/early June but then Daniella Westbrook said on Twitter that her return isn't till September. Plus, Grant won't be back for that long and he's already back filming. So either Daniella's got her wires crossed about the dates or Grant & Peggy will be back for longer than we think.

I saw the same. It's definitely still May/June and I believe Danniella is back for 3 episodes. I can only think that she's referring to the possible full time return that was hinted around the same time as Celebrity Big Brother.

BGT 2007 finalist Shaheen Jafargholi will be starring as Carmel's son Shakil.

This is really great news, not necessarily for the casting but it means a certain character will be staying!
