Thanks so much for all the support, you guys! Charlie's Angels is my favorite movie of all time and I feel proud sharing more of my pleasures with you guys, and it felt good to come out of my shell.

Meanwhile my run of poor form that has been in place ever since Ryan brought the spinoff forum back continues :cheer: Next time I'll get something (but thank you very much to the people who remember Spirited Away well

 

Also, poor William Shatner. He should have gotten a top 10 place, our generation's lost singing talent

Did you not see the fairly large amount of hype it got in the voting thread :') I thought it was pretty obvious it'd do well, glad it at least didn't win anyway. WD Chez for a new personal best. xx

 

I feel like I MUST have got more votes than Deandria so I'm claiming this as a top 30 moral victory (without actually checking). Yass. Slight unmitigated disaster after 4 spinoff top 10s in a row but I'll chalk that down to having seen about 10 movies in my entire life. Lol. Persephonia will be BACK WITH A VENGEANCE next spinoff ~~

 

Pretty good top 10 there really, especially pleased for all of 7-10 all making it in there. Both of the 7+ minute tracks making the top 10, is BJSC experiencing a turn towards long song dominance :o (no, it isn't).

Congrats Pupok! As I said, a wonderful winner and a unique song and great to actually see a non-cheap and little known song winning a spin off.

 

 

2nd though despite the campaign of hatredness. A *FINE* result indeed :D A new personal best in BJSC and it's a real favourite of mine! I am glad I didn't win as I would've prevented something more deserving and it was one of my less inspired entries but I'm very glad with this success nonetheless as I thought this would be very divisive initially! Thanks all who voted and thanks Jahq for hosting!

 

Syndare & Danaelanda in the top 10 is great to see :heart: Suedeonia & Kluminican Republic far too low though :'(

Coming top 20 was a fab result for us, Dildo is hardly popular but this was a different kind of song for her.

I didn't :') I'd just thought on paper the song would be too divisive (mainly re: the vocals) to catch on in a big way

Haha maybe! I was indeed thinking maybe I should just send it to the regular contest sometime, but I think it just would've felt like a "better fit" in a spin-off. Not ruling it out tho ^_^ Your entry was rather interesting too, I've always rather liked The Chemical Brothers (not a huge fan tho), but in the short space of time I had to listen to these songs, this particular one didn't quite connect unfortunately :( It wasn't too far off getting points actually, I just decided not to since I couldn't particularly figure out whether I really liked it or not :P Looking forward to your entries in the regular contest!

This must be some strange meaning of the words singing and talent I wasn't previously aware of.

Just catching up with this, great results all around would have preferred a Kazinsky win, but congrats to Pupok! And thanks for all those that voted "Maniac"
