This is still an insipid turd and a complete offence to Scandinavian music and anyone with the ability to hear.

Alcazar have just released a new version of Not A Sinner, Nor A Saint to download/stream. Sort of acoustic/lounge style, nice but not a patch on the original.

I wonder if SVT are lining them up as some sort of Eurovision interval act or something for a semi-final or the final. Seems a bit out of the blue/unnecessary otherwise.

There's something the world never needed, acoustic Alcazar.

2016 'popular music' is so shit.

Sixth year in a row the MF winner has gone top 200 in the UK then...The Ark and Malena did in 2007 and 2009 too so eight out of the last ten years.

Pretty sure Joe and Jake haven't gone top 200 yet either so it beat the UK entry to it! Mind you, what's new there

Fabulous, have been hoping it would sneak in but wasn't sure if it was getting quite high enough on Spotify! Hopefully someone edits his Wikipedia page with the news :kink:

Pretty impressive! I'm not quite sure how it's managed to secure such big Spotify UK backing (it's about 3rd on one of the main pop playlists) but it's great to see something from Melodifestivalen crossing so early, even if it isn't something I like.

 I have to say tho, they've been pretty crap since Melodifestivalen. They should have given us more after coming Top 3.

Good Lovin' was brilliant, but Young Guns was crap, as was re-releasing a Greatest Hits album.

This is really starting to drift in the odds, down to joint fifth at 14/1 with William Hill...until I saw him at the London party I was convinced it would win but other songs and performers definitely came across far better. I wonder if it will actually even make the top three (even despite it's clear hit potential...then again Lipstick and I Can were the biggest European hits in 2011 and placed 8th and 11th...)

Frans got a second play on BBC Radio 1 this evening after it got a play a couple of days ago!

And there was I expecting Ryan's post to say something along the lines of - Frans (not a good sign it's even in the autocorrect now) got disqualified for being involved in a drunken brawl or Frans got hit by a car or Frans lost his voice and his odds are now 50/1.

:(

I showed my two friends who'd usually eat that sort of song up If I Were Sorry (remotely by showing it to them, couldn't face listening to it if i don't have to :kink:), and they both hate it  Hopefully it's a sign that this won't have the appeal expected.

I do not get the hype behind this entry. It's absolutely awful
