March 23, 20169 yr Don't Speak was a flop in the US wasn't it (I'm sure I read this in the 90s) No, it wasn't allowed to chart on the Hot 100 because only songs that were commercially available as physical singles could chart on the Hot 100. It spent 16 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart though. I guess it worked in No Doubt's favour as the "Tragic Kingdom" album sold over 10 million copies in the US as a result.
