It tends to be entirely dependent on how England do really. I remember Euro 2008 it was very avoidable overall (because we didn't take part ) then for 2014 World Cup the hype died down rather quickly it seemed.

Anyway, this discussion is in the wrong forum!

Yeah, its not really important or worth a discussion either to be honest.

I get what mdh is saying, I mean football is a very big part of western culture, you could get rid of your tv but still see/hear talk of shows, or see an advert about a show/football/whatever while waiting for a Youtube video :P

You can avoid it for the most part though.

I always avoid football. Nobody I know is really into it, so it doesn't really register with me.. But I must ask, when I have (the 2 times ever) happened to watch the men kicking the ball for 90 mins, there were no songs played when goals were scored? Is that a thing.
Football is just full of pansies. I need more contact and risk of death, like rugby,

Not often. For teams like Norwich it is, for the sake of tradition, however usually there isn't. But I'd expect its happening at the Euros for the sake of being a huge plug for David as This Ones For You is gonna be massively supported all summer at the tournament.

no official remixes at all yet I don't think, a few unofficial ones on YouTube but I haven't listened to any.

Fun fact Ireland has more than 17 000 views and Poland more than 1 200 000 views in 24 hours!

This could not be true.

Poland still has most of all views, maybe even more than all others countries in total. :w00t:

I'm glad Zara recorded it instead of Ariana, the chorus suits her much more, but they both sound amazing on the verses.

For those of you that didn't hear it.

Love Ariana's version too, but I agree. Zara's voice suits it more.
I love Ariana, but I think it was better that Zara was on the track, her voice suits the song better (as other said) and also for the Euro 2016 it was maybe better to have a European singer.
