The voice on Hungary's guy made my eyes water. It sounded like he'd lost his voice and was straining..

Hungary: 3/10

What kind of tragic mess, it's even worse than last time

I'm expecting to see a lot of comments of people hating his voice - I find it really appealing, he could do so much with that, it's got a lot of range. And it's attached to a pretty anthemic song, I hope he can avoid bottom 5 with that.
her voice sounds so weak on this. A shame because it is a really good song.

Belgium - 7.7

Czech Republic - 2.5

The Netherlands - 8.2

Azerbaijan - 5.5

Hungary - 5.6

Italy - 9.0

Italy - Oh my God! Italian language is divine and this song is so good. I love this girl, marry me Francesca

Italy / Francesca Michelin - No Degree Of Seperation / I think that really doesn't work as a live performance at all. She looked like a deer in the headlights and her vocals were questionable. It's a nice enough song on the studio version but it definitely doesn't jump out amongst 25 other songs. Forgettable, even with great staging. 6/10

01 Azerbaijan / Samra - Miracle / 9/10

02 Hungary / Freddie - Pioneer / 8/10

03 Belgium / Laura Tesoro - What's The Pressure / 7.5/10

04 The Netherlands / Douwe Bob - Slow Down / 7/10

05 Czech Republic / Gabriela Gunčíková - I Stand / 7/10

06 Italy / Francesca Michelin - No Degree Of Seperation / 6/10

I expect it'll be a rare flop for Italy, which is a shame because as usual with their entries she's vocally impressing me, got lots of little nuances to her voice that make it cute and appealing (like your average Finn pop singer got transplanted to Italy).

Belgium ~ 8.1

Czech Republic ~ 8.3

Netherlands ~ 9.4

Azerbaijan ~ 6.2

Hungary ~ 9.7

Italy ~ 8.7

The Netherlands is my favourite so far, I like it when they send country styled tracks. Calm After The Storm is probably my favourite Eurovision track ever.

I like this man's thinking.

Israel - My favourite ballad of the night. This has been beautifully sung by this guy. Top 10 please! :yahoo:

Belgium 6/10 - flour east did it better

Czech Republic 3/10 - booooooring

Netherlands 5/10 - well it's okay that's all

Azerbaijan 5/10 - okay song but really let down by her weak voice

Hungary 4/10 - bland song and his voice is really grating

Italy 5/10 - such a forgettable entry

Israel 7/10 - good ballad, he sang it well and isn't boring

Bulgaria

Oh I suppose the last bit of Hovi's performance is pretty good but it takes far too long to get to that point. Otherwise it'd just be a dull ballad that Eurovision never needs to see again.

Israel / Hovi Star - Made Of Stars / I really like the staging for that, but the more I hear it, it actually has the opposite effect of most of the songs, it actually gets worse. I really don't find him a very endearing performer, he just seems a bit irritating and the song feels a bit too 'by numbers'. As opposed to Czech Republic, who make a ballad feel endearing, he makes it feel a bit Sam Smith 'go away'. 6/10
