France. Any side that can leave out a player like Karim Benzema (For what ever reason) has to be taken seriously. To be honest even if this wasn't staged in France I'd go for France. But the fact that it is in France then you'd have to go for them.

Wales to make the Last 16

England to get to the quarter-finals.
