May 25, 20169 yr  surely beyoncé, distrubed and p!nk are way too high for there not to be a significant chunk of streaming data missing?!
May 25, 20169 yr It would be wonderful if Justin Timberlake can now hold the number 1 position. It will be a close battle but i am hoping Justin can do it. Take That down to number 15, i would be delighted if it can keep a top 20 position, fingers crossed. Edited May 25, 20169 yr by pippa
May 25, 20169 yr Maybe Music Week don't like admitting they haven't got streaming data so are just starting to not mention it...
May 25, 20169 yr It really peeves me off seeing Little Mix holding strong, and for so long too, into the top 10 and not manage to make it there officially! :drama: Incredibly infuriating!
May 25, 20169 yr Maybe Music Week don't like admitting they haven't got streaming data so are just starting to not mention it... Music Week isn't our source for missing data!
May 25, 20169 yr Drake will most likely catch her like he did last week as his streaming is a lot stronger than hers Last week Drake was 1.6k down on Beyoncé in the Wed update (this week 1.2k) but based on the daily Updates more than 20% of Drake's weekly Album Sales came from Thursday implying that quite a lot of Album streams were missing during the week. Conclusion: As Sales are down from last week it's going to be close :)
May 26, 20169 yr wheres kygos cloud 9??? hes top 10 on itunes #16 I wonder where's Raging. I only have Music Week's top 40 info. :drama:
May 26, 20169 yr #16 I wonder where's Raging. I only have Music Week's top 40 info. :drama: #42 I'm afraid!
May 26, 20169 yr #42 I'm afraid! How is it only #42 when it's at #26 on Spotify and #49 on iTunes? There's songs lower than that on both and they're still in the top 40. When streaming is factored in tomorrow, I hope Kygoline can crack the top 40 tomorrow

For example on Apple Music it's not even top 100.

May 26, 20169 yr I know there are other streaming sites and digital stores but out of all of them, the most common ones are Spotify and iTunes Yes their share is quite big but some other streaming sites could still influence the charts. As I said for example Raging on Apple Music is not even top 100. Deezer has also got some subscribers could add here and their some sales ;) One more addition: streams between #22 and #50 on Spotify are quite close. Separated by less than 70k streams, the equivalent of under 700 chart sales.
May 26, 20169 yr "A Head Full Of Dreams" by Coldplay is shaping well for a good month of Sales in June , it is all ready back up to 8 in the Wednesday update and in the next month they have a lot of big Events that will promote it higher (Radio 1 Big Weekend headlining a hometown gig, UK Tour, Glastonbury). They should also step up Promotion for "Up&Up" as well. Don't think it will get to the Top post-Glastonbury (as Adele will probably get to the top then) but wouldn't bet against it stealing a week Sales week beginning 10th June (when they are playing Wembley that week). The top songs are being streamed a massive amount of times and that has a real impact towards the top of the charts. A song could be no1 on streaming and no10 in iTunes and go no1 in the official chart however a song could be no 50 on streaming but no40 on iTunes and end up at no60 on the official charts. Hopefully that made a tiny bit of sense. :D

Yeah, I was going to point out that sales, streams and combined chart units are all very close so sometimes movement is significant and others don't seem like they're moving at all. It will get there eventually anyway, but I could see their chances of passing 1m with this album significantly rising if they get some good weeks of sales due to their busy summer. The album needs to shift 8.5k-9k a week at its current rate.

May 26, 20169 yr Author We do have mids today, but we've decided not to do any update because, even though it was reported that no data was missing, we had a look and 'Hold Up' for example had only sold 31 copies yesterday. We've come to the conclusion sales data must be almost entirely missing. Drake is, of course, #1 again.
