I didn't find this semi absolutely terrible or anything, but it was mostly quite boring with a handful of real lows and a few highlights (my top 4 was strong), so quite bad. It was just turgid as a whole listen through all at once. I feel a lot of the songs were either forgettable in themselves or they were made to feel quite samey within the semi and blended in. I think perhaps a few of the qualifiers might stand out better within the semi than they do here there so we'll have a few growers on our hands. Having said that, voting wasn't too hard. There have been a couple of contests this year where I felt like I was really scraping in the semis but I more or less had 10 I wanted to vote for here so that was good. A couple of countries I rarely or never vote for pulled it out this time *.*

 

 

I'm worried for my song though, it's going to blend in a lot in this semi and I don't now expect to qualify although I was more confident than usual pre-contest :lol:
