Kideko & George Kwali feat Nadia Rose & Sweetie Irie Crank It (Woah!) C List

:cheer:

hopefully this can become an actual hit now. doing quite well on iTunes but only #137 on Spotify.

Friday 30th September 2016 - Niall Horan - This Town

Saturday 1st October 2016 - Tory Lanez - LUV

I'm surprised at this massively! I mean we've already seen Stressed Out come and go (as a decent sized hit actually).. and Ride flopped (which is a shame but it's pretty evident there's NO CHANCE of that doing anything anymore), and Heathens has come and gone (not like their label would ever have pushed that and more than they did what with it being a seperate entity to Blurryface), and then there was Cancer (which I thought would get some support but I suppose it's frankly mind-numbingly boring so there was no chance of it ever becoming a hit), and I though that'd be the end of this era! I don't really think Lane Boy will do HALF as much as Stressed Out and Heathens did but in hindsight it is a GOOD IDEA to promote one more track while the boys are still hot on peoples tongues. I really do hope this can do something because (although it doesn't sound like a MASSIVE hit) this track COULD do something - and this would segue nicely into the next era of music for them, which I can only assume will be coming next year (spring probably), as that is the pattern that they tend to follow in terms of their albums (two year gaps etc.).

I just hope they don't play it today and then LEAVE IT, although judging by their ABUSE of both Stressed Out and Heathens (the latter especially, even me, a die hard, hardcore top fan nearly got BORED of it), they will playlist it which will be good to see.

I think that's the most I've ever written.

Well that's a post and a half but why the random CAPITALISATIONS?!

Yaaay, was wondering when they'd make this TOTD! Everything seems to be lining up for this to be another big hit :cheer:

But shame it's done nothing for him

LMAO. Over reaction much?

'Cancer' was NEVER getting a push. It was done for the My Chemical Romance tribute album (I think it was for charity?). 'Ride' under performed, but it's stability between 41-75 is something to be admired and a chart run a few handful of artists would really appreciate! Plus it helped sell the album and get it a top 10 peak!

I suspect 'Lane Boy' will perform similarly if given the same amount of airplay. Their next era will be a lot bigger instantly I assume. Especially as it'll be 100% brand new stuff as they break out (as opposed to breaking out a year or so later).

Good to see Mercy getting somewhat of a push, I hope this leads to a playlisting come Friday. It just needs a boost in sales and it'll be in the top 40.

First time hearing today's ToTD! Really like it. Great beat kind of reminds me of closer. :)
