I really liked the 2011 release! But considering it's so dated now I can imagine this new one will have more up-to-date stuff and barely any 'classics'
Ashley Abram did a good job with the 2011 version and I hope they don't reuse songs from there. I also hope we get "Black Beatles" on there as it would be a sign of definitely appearing on NOW 96 but I think we'll most likely get songs on there such as "Don't Mind", "Panda" and "One Dance". Jenny Fisher needs to study the R&B chart to get a definition of what R&B actually is

"24K Magic", "Black Beatles" and "Starboy" all appear on NOW 61 US so there's a very good chance they'll be appearing on NOW 96
Wilkinson and JP Cooper tho? As if they'll ever be hits of any kind...

erm wtf at JP Cooper, Michael Bublé and Wilkinson who have barely any chance of being future hits  Unless JP Cooper's used in an advert like Grace was last year (when we all thought that was a wtf inclusion then it turned out to be a big hit).

JP Cooper having top 10 smash after all

"Can't Feel My Face" is being overused on spin-offs. They could have at least used "Starboy" or "The Hills". They seem to think that CFMF is his only song
JP Cooper having top 10 smash after all

Well I guess we were proven wrong, perhaps Jenny Fisher knew it was going to get sent to radio, but it would've made more sense to include it on Now 97 once it had smashed.

And that still doesn't excuse the random Wilkinson inclusion  (Michael Bublé I can understand to an extent as his album sold well)

With Bublé, "Nobody But Me" was the official single from the album so it would have made more sense using that instead if they were so eager to include him

Now That's What I Call Mum is out on 3rd March...no doubt it will be all of the finest MOR from the past five years and Mama by Spice Girls all in one place!

If they're releasing NOW Mum on 3rd March to coincide with Mother's Day, then they should release NOW Dad on 2nd June to coincide with Father's Day

I understand marketing Mothers Day is nice for a bit of cash, but It's going to be such an unoriginal track listing. They should release one spin-off per Numbered NOW like the US do.

I can see NOW Mum having easy listening, motown and Pop male pin-ups on it. (maaaaaaaybe Mama by Spice Girls)

And if they want to include new songs on there, at least include one or two songs on there which will be on NOW 96. And I reckon track 1 will be "Rockabye"

Right it's getting to that time of the year again. Here's my prediction for Now 96

Disc 1

1. Ed Sheeran - Castle on the hill

2. Rae Sremmurd - Black Beatles

3. Rag N Bone Man - Human

4. Bruno Mars - Magic 24k

5. The Wkend-I Feel It Coming

6. Fifth Harmony - All In My Head

7. Little Mix - Touch

8. Nathan Sykes - Famous

9. John Legend - Love Me Now

10. Olly Murs - Grow Up

11. Chainsmokers - Paris

12. Sean Paul - No Lie Ft Dua Lipa

13. Twenty One Pilots - Heathens

14. Drake - Too Good ft Rihanna

15. Louis Tomlinson - Just Hold On

16. Zara Larsson - I Would Like

17. Tinie Tempah - Text From your Ex

18. Dua Lipa - Be The One

19. Busted - What You're On

20. Chainsmokers - All We Know

21 Major Lazer - Believer

22. The Wkend - Starboy

Disc 2

1. Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You

2. Jonas Blue - By Your Side

3. Jax Jones - You Don't Know Me

4. Tom Zanetti - You Want Me

5. Martin Garrix - Scared To Be Lonely

6. Starley - Call On Me

7. Cheat Codes - Let Me Hold You

8. MØ - Not In Love

9. Galantis - Make Me Feel

10. Lost Frequencies - What Is Love

11. Kungs - I Feel So Bad

12. Sam Feldt - Runaways

13. Naughty Boy - Should've Been Me

14. Zayn -Don't Wanna Live Forever

15. David Guetta - Shed A Light

16. Sigala - Only One

17. Robbie Williams - Love My Life

18. Vaults - One Day I'll Fly Away

19. Sia - Bird Set Free

20. Craig David - Bang Bang

21. Coldplay - Everglow

22. Matt Terry - When Christmas Comes Around

Comments appreciated. 44 tracks 1 number 1. Potentially 2 if Castle on the hill makes It.

I doubt the inclusions for Galantis, Craig David/DJ Fresh, Lost Frequencies and Sam Feldt as there was no chart impact at all for these songs here.

For Sia it'll likely be Move Your Body as Bird Set Free hasn't been an official yet

Also can't see them going back to All In My Head for Fifth Harmony when That's My Girl was on Now 95

I'd like to see Too Good for Drake but I feel we're way past that now... Though Hotline Bling got a late inclusion so anything is possible!

Everything else seems feasible though :)
