Not a big fan of this setlist. No Move and DNA is a crime. And in terms of album tracks some snooze fests were included instead of the far superior Private Show! Also Power, Black Magic and Salute all in the first 3 songs are over way too early!

 

AND no bridge in Touch and having the Kid Ink version...NO

I'm sure I read somewhere that they did do 'Private Show'! Thankfully not. Definitely my least fave! Just find it so annoying.

 

A 'Your Love' performance though!! YESSSSS! Looking forward to that! :wub:

Mess at the Kid Ink version of Touch. I'm okay with everything else, this is the Glory Days tour after all, so the tracks on the album deserve to shine. They will probably include Move & DNA later on.

Dead at 'Oops' being the only standard track being snubbed bar 'Private Show' (which is actually pretty odd, given it's one of the more popular album tracks). I know it's probably because of a lack of Puth, but that hardly stopped them using the remixes of Hair/Touch/NMSS. I wonder if the girls share the same disdain for it that we do. :lol:

 

I've seen a few clips of their performances and 'Power' goes OFF live. It's the first time I could envision it properly smashing, especially if they perform on BGT. They've also made me appreciate 'Down and Dirty' and 'Nobody Like You' a hell of a lot more. They're the only two I've never revisited, but they really worked in a live setting -- particularly the former with the choreo.

 

Edit: I forgot 'Nothing Else Matters' exists.

These girls bring it, EVERY DAMN TIME. They get better and better!

 

The transitions from 'Your Love' into 'Secret Love Song (Part II)' (and with Jade's introduction to SLS) was stunning. The transition from 'Salute' into 'Down & Dirty' was mega too!

 

So, SO good. :wub:

I've been binging some of their live performances today ('Lightning' from Get Weird tour a few times in particular as that slays me every time *.*) as it's hit me that I'm seeing them live in just a couple of months now. Ahhh, so excited! :wub:

That setlist was only an hour long! so no. It'll be almost twice as long probably.

Finally bought a ticket, doing Manchester two weeks today! Had to find something that fit with work and also I want to see Jessarae who's only due to support them on the first half of the tour :heehee:

I'm going to see them on the 30th of October in Cardiff :D

 

Has anyone else got the Super Star Soundcheck VIP Package?

I had tickets for Amsterdam this year but my friend cancelled at the last minute so I ended up not going :( The YouTube clips looked good, I need them to come on their next tour!! (I appreciate that may be a while though with how hard they’ve been working. Probably the most hard working pop act in recent times, no lie! ❤️)
