'We Ride flops in at #39 with a pretty low average of 4.68. I'm not a big fan of the song but I see no problem with the video tbh, it's quite good for the song although I may have been a bit generous with my score :kink:

I'd never even seen that video before this rate (or listened to the song very much) but both are pretty average, can't really complain at it being last.

 

Hoping for an S&M or Rude Boy win out of the likely candidates, I'd rather have BBHMM not win really.

Second from bottom is the Ne-Yo collaboration 'Hate That I Love You'. Like We Ride, I thought it was a decent enough video for the song (which is kinda shet) so I gave it a 7 but most obviously disagreed with it's average only slightly above half.

Omg. Finishing in a dismal 37th place is the #1 hit 'Take A Bow' with another poor average of 5.23. I love the video for this, it's simple yet effective and like the song, vastly underrated! :wub:

Another video I doubt most people were expecting to be high, 'What Now' comes in 35th. I get it's not one of her best but I don't think it's that bad that it only beats 4 other videos. :unsure:

'Hate That I Love You' is so elegant and classy af. So undeserving of finishing that low. 'Take A Bow' does the job of selling the song perfectly imo. Also, it is gif reaction perfection. All her facial expressions are brilliant! FFS is a good enough video too. Suits the song with it's style and then 'What Now' is just pretty good. Adore the song though <3

'45S' and 'What Now' are both too low! 'What Now' is so trippy and is iconek just because of this moment:

Dropping out is the flop single (it feels generous to call it a flop tbh :')) American Oxygen. The video for this drags a little bit but there are some very powerful moments, so I feel it's a bit underrated, not as much as the song though </3

Finishing off today is 'Shut Up And Drive'. I enjoy the video, not one of her best but it suits the song. I'm tired so please excuse this shit commentary

'American Oxygen' deserved higher, she looks so good in that video + the concept is good. No real loss in the others though.

 

'Kiss It Better' still in and slaying. Yasss.

I ADORE the 'FourFiveSeconds' video. So well-suited to the song :heart:

Happy with all the others leaving. I look like such a hater with my scores being the lowest score for most of these...I felt like I was giving out 10s all over the shop though so I'm sure soon enough I'll be within the highest scores instead, haha.

The first video from the ANTI era to drop out is 'Kiss It Better'. The video for this just doesn't do the song justice I feel and is one of her worst tbh. :( Given it had a pretty negative feedback on here when it premiered I thought it would be a couple places lower than this actually!

Rihanna's very first music video 'Pon De Replay' fails to make a big impression, coming in at #29. Contrary to KIB I feel this really highlights the song and is a great video for it, should be top 20 tbh.
