I went to many of them :D PJ Harvey played Brixton Academy (one of my favourite venues) on Monday as part of a mini-Tour, could yet bring life back to "The Hope Six Demolition Project" but I doubt it - with an initial chart run of 1-23-57-100 she was lucky to get 4 weeks in the Top 100!

November 2, 20169 yr I'm so unbelievably sad that Lady Wood is going to miss the top 40. :( The whole campaign is sad, the lack of Top 40 single to support the Album, the Artwork, the lack of promotional TV appearances, the pulled short from You Tube and the delay on live appearances until 2017. She had the potential to be a bigger star but it's been a missed opportunity from those responsible for her.

In a perfect world, 'Influence' and 'True Disaster' would both be mega smash hit singles. :( I know it's easy to say with hindsight, but I feel like 'Cool Girl' was a bit of a mistake. It felt like there was genuine hype there a few months ago, but they squandered it. Still, the album hasn't disappointed for me and that's the main thing.
November 2, 20169 yr It looks likely James Arthur will be album number 1 but Elvis could snatch it at the last minute which i hope does not happen. I believe Michael Buble could push the Courteeners down to 4. That said, the Courteeners have done so much better than i expected, their week 2 performance will be very interesting. Little Mix have the number 1 single now on lock :dance:

November 3, 20169 yr Has Rick Astley been promoting again? Its good to see it climbing, its steady chart run is impressive. 2016 is def the year of surprise successes for males, Rick Astley and James Arthur been examples.

It seems like they've sent out another promo single to radio stations (Pray With Me). It's already A-listed on Radio 2.
