Great news that this is officially the next single. I don't understand the "unfinished" criticisms. I really don't. It's tailor made for radio and I can definitely see people losing their shit to it in a club!

Definitely the best choice for second single! Glad it's been confirmed.

I don't think it sounds unfinished, but the mixing is a bit off in places.

I really feel like this could be another #1 for them if the pull off a great performance and release the video at a good time, and not 2 months after it's announced as a single like they did with SLS. I can see it having more streaming longevity than SOTME on Spotify too due to its RnB/Dance style.

 

The only negative about this being a single choice is that it doesn't scream "album seller", due to its slightly faceless nature, which is why I think Oops will be the perfect 3rd single, as much as I don't particularly like the song, it screams album seller too me.

Yes think Joe is correct, Public was told through the week, Should be confirmed by Friday at latest I would guess.

Last year Coldplay were annouced a week earlier, 1D were announced on the Wednesday before the final, Little Mix and Fleur Thursday morning, Adele Thursday evening.

Papers seem to be confirming Little Mix but I've seen nothing solid yet.
