I hope Louisa can maintain her position at 12 or even climb, I am pleased to see it have decent staying power so far, shame she isn't on TV promoting it more.

I'd expect Louisa to be back at #13 come Friday unfortunately :( shame it's not going top 10 but it's doing very well still! Delighted she's managed to get a hit with this :wub:

Rae Sremmurd could be a contender for next week's #1 but Clean Bandit have streaming and the NOW 95 on their side. RS are now ahead of Little Mix on iTunes and Spotify but they'll have their album effect and the NOW 95 effect to help them out so I'm guessing that #3 is looking likely for the Sremm boys next week

Exactly, it is wide open. Some are suggesting Little Mix but they've never had a number 1 Album and a multi-week residency at the top is unlikely.

Rae Sremmurd look likely to clinch #4 by Friday (possibly on tomorrow's update as they only trail by 800 and are selling around 1K more than the current #4).

Starboy, 24K Magic and Sexual assumably all have little over a hundred copies between them, and with the imminent climb of Black Beatles - we could see a shake up in the top 5 from what we're seeing today.

However they've recently had a smash hit single that's been way bigger than anyone expected, so I don't think you can rule them out? Get Weird did incredibly well over Christmas and their profile has only increased since then.

Maybe but "Shout Out To My Ex" doesn't sound like a Single that will generate many new fans (although admittedly existing fans seem quite happy with it).

Based on the poll for next week's Album chart a lot think they will beat Bruno Mars to the top, certainly looking that way at the moment which would be a real result for them.

Little Mix will easily debut at #1 and have great sales over Christmas but I can't see them being the year's Christmas number one.

 

Elvis Presley, Michael Bublé and Michael Ball & Alfie Boe could all be big contenders as they'll be very popular with the Moms stocking fillers.

Clean Bandit’s Rockabye remians on course to make it two weeks at No.1 in the Singles chart. The track now sits atop the chart on 49,384, ahead of former No.1 Shout Out To My Ex by Little Mix (35,660), which is at No.2. James Arthur’s former chart-topper Say You Won’t Let Go occupies third spot (34,665), while The Weekend’s Starboy (feat. Daft Punk) replaces Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic at No.4 with figures of 27,466. Completing the Top 5 is Neiked’s Sexual (27,270), with Mars’ 24K Magic dropping out of the Top 5 altogether and sliding to No.6 on 27,132.

 

In the Albums chart, Olly Murs’ 24 Hrs has opened up a more significant lead over Emeli Sandé’s Long Live The Angels. The former X Factor star occupies top spot on 47,785, with the Scottish singer at No.2 on 39,194. Fellow new entry Cliff Richard remains at No.3 with Just Fabulous Rock ‘n’ Roll (31,812). Rounding out the Top 5 are last week’s No.2, Michael Ball & Alfie Boe’s Together (28,644), and former No.1 The Wonder Of You by Elvis Presley (20,457). Last week’s No.1, Robbie Williams’ The Heavy Entertainment show recovers some ground, climbing to No.6 on 19,192.

Sting on "The One Show" tonight, hopefully move his Album back up (above Nathan Sykes).

I can see Little Mix getting #1 album next week but I can't see it crossing 100k. And I can also see NOW 95 outselling Bruno Mars and Little Mix put together

Is there any chance Nathan Sykes could go top 10 with the album? :)
