I hope they have some better songs on this album than Shout Out To My Ex though. I personally feel like they have lost their XF image which is an advantage to them I think. When people think of Little Mix they don't associate with them with the XF. On the other hand, people see Louisa Johnson as 'the one from XF' rather than a proper artist, which I feel is a disadvantage for her. I don't know how to explain it really but that's my take on it. November 21, 20169 yr That's the #1 album sorted then! Little Mix surely on track for the second highest weekly sale of the year too. Yes, LM looking on course to be in range 90k-100k which is more than I thought, still have a chance to get to 100k.

This time last year, One Direction were also on 64k and they ended the week on 93k, so I assume Little Mix will do something similar. I think 100k is a bit unmanageable considering the promo is kind of low for Little Mix this week.

Secondly for a Syco/X Factor act. 1D, Olly and SuBo are the only artists under the label who managed more than 4 studio albums, and they decreased in popularity rather than increased. Though still a decent success, Little Mix's second album showed signs of them weakening, and made it look like they'd sell even less on their 3rd era, so to see them releasing an album in 2016 that looks like it'll be the second fastest selling of the year is crazy.

November 21, 20169 yr It will be interesting to see if Rockabye can hold on to no 1 this week. It's flip flopping with Black Beatles for no 1 on streaming but is still ahead on iTunes. I think they'll hang on this week but be knocked off next week.
