December 5, 20168 yr Can't say I'm a big fan of listening to whole albums, but there are songs from Ellipsis & ILIWYSFYASBYSUOI that I have really liked!

Well its not new but feels as if they are heading back to the way they first started as in comparison to their more commercial sounding material. My highlights included lead single 'Waste A Moment' and perfect follow up single 'Find Me'". Top 5 From The Album 1. Waste A Moment 2. Find Me 3. Reverend 4. Muchacho 5. WALLS 34. Her lovely voice exemplifies on this album. I would say this was one of the surprise albums of the year for me like I expected it to be a bit weak in comparison to her EP songs. Stand out are easily Kicks and How Do You Like It". Top 5 From The Album 1. How Do You Like It? 2. Kicks 3. Midnight Mouths 4. Way Too Good 5. Oceans 33. Who would have guessed in a year. His album has its moments such as JackU sampled '16' which is just waiting for single. I don;t go back to the album much tbh which I need to add it to my re-hear list". Top 5 From The Album 1. When The Bassline Drops Feat. Big Narstie 2. 16 3. Power Over Men Also PetefromLeeds I agree with you both really good! Edited December 6, 20168 yr by Santa's Haz
December 6, 20168 yr Enjoyed Craig's tracks this year, especially the ones that charted on your chart! I think my favourite is Ain't Giving Up, but maybe that's because of the Sigala inclusion. Jamie T and KOL have been good as well!
December 6, 20168 yr Craig David's album was a big disappointment for me. It mostly all sounded like filler and their wasn't enough tracks like When The Bassline Drops. I haven't heard much of the Jamie T album yet but he's always been someone I've enjoyed. Sheila & Zombie are absolutely amazing songs. :)
December 6, 20168 yr Don't really follow albums much so can't comment too much here but YES at a Craig David appearance, my #1 album of the year of course!
December 6, 20168 yr Isn't It Strange? was much better than its two singles suggested for me! Shame it's gonna be her only album :(
December 9, 20168 yr Hi Harry Definitely agree with your highlights from Walls, they're all my favourites too. Hoping Find Me gets a good peak on your charts too as I've been loving it at the moment. I've never been a huge fan of KoL whatsoever but done a complete U-turn this era and become quite a big fan! Would like Reverend to be a future single actually :D I was quite hyped for what Izzy Bizu could become after the excellent White Tiger but she just fizzled out completely and I never heard of her again, glad to see she got an album out, quite tempted to listen to a few tracks from it off the back of how much I enjoyed WT. Looking forward to the rest!

Massive shame it will be her first and last album :( Hi Harry Definitely agree with your highlights from Walls, they're all my favourites too. I would say go and check out their past albums as they are so much better than WALLS imo also I agree with Reverend as future single please :o She did sort of vanish after White Tiger :( She has a new single form the album now tho :o Thank you all for the comments I will continue today!

December 10, 20168 yr Only heard two songs from the Viola Beach album and both were really good. It's good they got recognition, but sad the way that it happened
December 10, 20168 yr Viola Beach's album is great. It's such a shame that it they won't be able to release anything else.
December 12, 20168 yr Josef Salvat, Alessia Cara and Olly Murs are easily highlights for me in that batch
December 12, 20168 yr Hiya Harry I actually preferred Never Been Better to 24 HRS I think, the latter I haven't gone back to very much. I'm hoping Years & Years can be another hit for him though, I've been really enjoying it at the moment. NAO had some great singles but the album kind of passed me by and I hadn't even realised it had actually been released yet. Bad Blood and Fool to Love especially are two fantastic tracks though, shame she never really broke through :(

Gaga has stripped it back raw for this pop album which seems to be aimed at a more wider audience then her other albums have done. The rawness of the album is what works well for. Having written the album in a midst of a break up its not hard to see how personal this album is. 'Million Reasons' is the perfect example of this. Just hearing her vocals and the lyrics makes a gut enchantingly beautiful ballad for all to enjoy". Top 5 Songs From Album 1. Million Reasons 2. Hey Girl (Feat. Florence Welch 3.
