It's quite clearly not flopped when it's so far spent 6 weeks in the top 20 amidst the Ed Sheeran flurry, just because it wasn't a #1 or even a top 3 doesn't mean she's now flopped because her other first singles of an era have all got #1. With streaming and the same few acts dominating, the barrier or what's a hit and what is a "flop" is changing and I think it's more about longevity which this is having.

Major gains on UK iTunes after being 59p'd today. It didn't even need it, but another week top 10 will be nice after it's run was cut short by Ed and Drake.

The longevity for this has been great though.

This probably means we won't be getting anything new for a little while though :( I'm still enjoying it for now but CTTR feels older than 2 months to me now, I'd love a new single in the next couple of weeks!

CTTR still feels quite fresh to me tbh! I do think SOMETHING is coming in the next few weeks, whether that be an album pre order, new single or whatever.
