I'm a fan of Bebe, but I'm really not feeling 'I Got You' much! :(

'I'm Gonna Show You' is still my fave by her!

Haven't you just answered your own question? ;)

It was more of a statement lol

Peter Sarstedt has died - hope Where Do You Go To (My Lovely) makes some sort of appearance - doubt it though :/

The Machine Gun Kelly song is so grating and isn't good... wondering if its being pushed because radio stations are desperately avoiding playlisting songs by black rappers unless absolutely necessary.

Or perhaps it's just a popular song? Helps that Camila's on it too. I doubt it's anything to do with race.

That seems extrenely random? Lmao. :/

Hmm, I think it's just because it's popular. I agree it's a bit shit, particularly the rap part but radios were recently all over Rae Sremmurd. Radio 1 is constantly playing Drake, Chance The Rapper, Childish Gambino and Sean Paul is on practically every song on the radio at the moment. Black rappers are quite popular it seems.

its popular in America so it will do well enough here too is usually the general rule these days!
When was the last US #1 single not to be a big hit in the UK? I remember reading T-Pain's 'Buy U A Drank' did nothing here, and that was #1 in the States in 2007.

Black Eyed Peas' "Imma Be" hit US #1 in 2010 and it only got top 60 over here
