Laura. Are you able to get catch up on that BBC4 Panorama prog on Jeremy Thorpe...it is really worth watching

 

You have to admire Norman Scott for his tenacity & not letting JT get away with it...hard to believe that JT was very nearly Home Secretary & in charge of MI5 , can you imagine what would have happened to Norman . I was fascinated by JT's second wife Marion, she stood by him through thick & thin even knowing he was dabbling elsewhere :angel:

 

This programme was made 40 years ago & only updated & released now

 

 

I definitely will be watching it Tess although not sure when. I would normally say at the weekend but I'm away. I love stuff like that. Love all kind of history. I can remember all that happening in real time although I couldn't remember how it all ended. I didn't think he ended up in jail. He was bloody lucky if you ask me. Talk about old boys network.

 

Did you see the Lucy Worsley programme on the Suffragettes tonight? Another excellent programme. What those women went through. -_-

I dis not see that Laura , I have taped a load of stuff which I j=have not watched yet, the memory is nearly full so did not bother taping it ..the trailer looked good

Could it be so do with all this art work he has been doing :unsure: I would have thought any FX announcements would not come from him directly but from the XF ITV camp ,

 

 

Anyway I still do not believe it & I do not think the role will do him any favours ...just my personal opinion, I could be proven wrong ^_^

Must catch up with this on Radio...love listening to Rupert Everett , he is absolutely hilarious , very interesting life story & of course a friend of Mr RW

I think too that an x-factor announcement will be done by ITV.

When do they start again?

What is however special is that I see no other names for this job in the press in the moment.

Rob declined the reality shpw with a no.He did not do it with the x-factor.

The Tuesday might be another surprise.
