I think this contest will be hard to predict, although Ultraviolenceland sticks out as the big winning contender at the moment.

But they won't win because it's UVland

I think I'll try to do odds after the semi listen through but I think it might be UVLand/SDan/Cadelicia (and maaaaaybe N DNTN?) as the main contenders

I think N DNTN have more chance than myself or Cadelicia. They're a top 5 shoo-in.

 

(edit: after that plug listen seems like Cadelicia are a big top 5 contender too, I'm definitely not one tho LOL)

But they won't win because it's UVland

 

A country who's just coming off a top 10 and qualified nearly all the time last year... yeah, definitely one cursed by the BJSC spirits. If we were to go off past results at all (which we shouldn't do as they have no relevance) this is UV's momentum month.

 

I think Monopoly sounds like something that could do well, particularly as everyone seems to want Noonie Bao's voice right now, I'm calling it 5th though.

 

I guess I have to throw my opinion behind Kyary who has a lot of cool stuff going for her, although it's mostly the schtick she's done in the past but with an Avicii-dance riff attached and when her most iconic song could barely get top 20 and she's DNQed more recently than that (not that this is DNQing, no way), I'm hesitant to say all the way particularly as it won't appeal to everyone. I don't know yet basically. And clearly I only have half the picture as I haven't heard semi 2 yet.

I honestly can't see beyond them first 5 being the top contenders, it's a bloodbath for the top 10 & 20 for that matter too, literally any of the songs with odds up to Hendinia are top 20 placings I think and even some with lower odds could sneak and grab some momentum as is normally the case in past finals.

 

Some of this is based on what songs are getting hype from what I've seen the past few days so some are bound to be off lol!

I reckon it will be a close one but UVland ticks all the 'winner' boxes I think. So many strong contenders for the top ten though, right down to Espen or thereabouts.

 

I don't think BJ Mountain will be anywhere near last in the semi, but in terms of being a winner if it gets to the final...I think it would just 'do a Roo' tbh!

definitely wasn't expecting the odds for melé to be this good this month, i think somewhere in the 15th-25th at most region would probably be more accurate tbh
