I'd say most songs are frontloaded on streaming! Take Maggie Rogers yesterday for example, she entered the top 100 on Spotify but isn't likely to ever get there again.

I like that Ed seems to be trying to flip his songs over but I still don't really see it happening - it looks like both songs are going to be long-running hits though which is great.

Yeah, he said when they premiered he hoped one would be #1 first and then the other would switch after about 4 weeks, but even though both are huge hits, it looks like he won't get a #1 out of Castle on The Hill. I did expect the Graham Norton and video to make it a lot closer.
