Just out of curiosity,

Are any other motor racing series that you watch apart from probably the obvious Formula One?

NASCAR and my favorite driver is Kyle Busch (which is far from a popular opinion lol).

Wish NASCAR was available to watch on free to air but extremely unlikely that will happen.

None really, I tried to get into that A1 thing ages ago but never happened.

Occasionally I catch some GP2 if flicking through channels but that's about it.

I used to watch BTCC as a kid. Went to see them a few times at Knockhill about 40mins from the house. Fab circuit. I remember standing by turn 2&3 (I think) where there's a super quick chicane at the start the cars would sometimes get airborne. I remember seeing Muller in the Astra Coupe, or maybe the last year of the Vectra, take that chicane on one wheel

That's a shame. It's very exciting compared to other motorsports just for the fact that you have no idea who is winning each week. They're not afraid to make changes for the better, despite what the older fans think of it. This year they changed the scoring system again, so they take points for the Top 10 at two segments in the middle of the race, and then points for everyone at the end. If you win a segment or the race, then you get championship points from that. I can't wait to see how aggressively they're going to drive with all that on the line. These changes and the "Chase" have made it so much more exciting for casual fans.

It's still brilliant that ITV4 show the whole of the BTCC programme throughout the day on a Sunday.

For anyone who is a fan of MotoGP.

Highlights of the races will now be on Channel 5 on a Monday evening at 7pm.
