I knew Song 7 was Iz~, he's the only person I've ever seen use the word 'transcending' on Buzzjack :,)

It is one of my favourite words for good reason, it describes so much!

But ngl none of these are from my fave countries, just shows how much I favour uptempo, happy music in BJSC. I'm hoping for some familiar tracks in the next batch, it's always nice to know a couple of songs pre-listen.

BATCH 2: Hosted by FROZEN

This batch have been allocated the Disney song ‘Let It Go' from Frozen! Frozen is of course the absolutely gigantic monster hit that was released a few years ago and is still everywhere! It’s very well known around here how much I love this film and Frozen has been a key feature throughout this contest so far! The most iconic song is of course worldwide smash ‘Let It Go’, which is the 2nd best song of all time and a modern masterpiece *.* This group have got this song as this is the multilanguage Let It Go and all these entries are either in a foreign language or are from countries around the world!
But will they Let It Go and reach a new peak?!

Which songs do you like the sounds of? Can you guess any of the countries that sent these songs judging by the descriptions?

Song 1: Spanish Pop Jam from a returnee *.*

Song 2: An absolute French banger - 'then dance' as the title says.

Song 3: A Dutch pop anthem about returning home

Song 4: Trend chasing Finnish pop

Song 5: Apocalyptic symphonic metal by a Dutch Amy Lee soundalike

Song 6: Moody drum'n'bass influenced ethereal Ukrainian pop.

Song 7: An atmospheric South African afro house track with sweeping strings, fronted by the powerful voice of Nokwazi, who sings in Zulu.

Song 8: Escape the World's woes and take a cinematic audio-visual trip to Africa, tissues may be required </3..
Song 5: Apocalyptic symphonic metal by a Dutch Amy Lee soundalike

If I hadn't already been revealed... this would be so me.

Both this and the Finnish one sound great. As do the Ukrainian and African ones, I like the sound of this batch a lot.

Song 2: An absolute French banger - 'then dance' as the title says.

How did Stromae get past the veto?!1
