For some reason I thought Melbourne bounce was connected to jumpstyle. I suppose both do have that bouncy style, but jumpstyle is harder and faster and more techno based.

This Deorro track is a good swing influenced track.

Just..no. Wait, I mean it actually can have some roots.

Melbourne Bounce as branch of Electro House means music made by Australian acts (now this genre came back to Australia, nevertheless it had a lot of followers all over the world on its peak incl. acts from Hungary, USA, The Nederlands etc.) and associated with jerky motives in drops that heavily surrounded by deep and soaring filthy bass, also cutted pitched vocals (not so overpitched and overused like in future bass) build melody most of the time. Deorro is probably one of the biggest name as member of Melbourne community and founder of Pandafunk Records, almost all releases from here belong to this genre. Probably you've heard of Timmy Trumpet ("when mama ain't home"), Joel Fletcher (both collaborated with Savage), Will Sparks, TJR, Bombs Away, Ryan Riback etc.

I just get We No Speak Americano/Why Don't You vibes from this.

Yep it's swing house like those - see also Caravan Palace - Lone Digger and Throttle - Hit The Road Jack. I do like swing house, as like disco house it is lively and fun.
