January 27, 20187 yr The one-shot take of Say Something’s video is my favourite part about it, the cinematography is brilliant and really fits the song. This is my least favourite so far but I still really like it and was expecting much worse considering Chris Stapleton is involved  I can see this taking off in the US, particularly with him likely performing this at the SuperBowl with the whole NFL kneeling/protesting the national anthem controversy going on.
January 28, 20187 yr So I’m still liking Say Something but, after adding it to my JT playlist, it has quickly become apparent that it doesn’t live up to the standard of his previous highs. I have also only just realised how much I love pretty much everything from 20/20 1 (plus Gimme and Amnesia from 20/20 2 also) - listened to pretty much nothing else all week.
January 28, 20187 yr I've started enjoying the singles from 20/20 more over the past few weeks of listening to JT's singles discography. Though "Not A Bad Thing" just seems so dull. Loving "Say Something" still, I have to disagree with you dandy* myself.
January 30, 20187 yr Author So this arrived at work today, ready for Friday. On the sticker it lists the 3 songs we've been given and 'Man Of The Woods', so I assume that that will be the fourth video from this section. Obviously not confirmed, just assuming haha.

January 30, 20187 yr Author Haha. We're not allowed to play albums pre-release anymore due to the whole Taylor album thing :( Believe me, I've tried to listen to it!! :arrr:
February 1, 20187 yr That 4 songs/4 videos strategy has been a disaster really. Only Say Something is showing any signs of possible success beyond the first two days. It's like throwing 3 songs into waste. Edited February 1, 20187 yr by SKOB
February 1, 20187 yr Is it just me or does the intro of 'Say Something' sound like Shrek? GfNJsDm5Di8
February 1, 20187 yr filthy really doesn't fit into the album much melodically if i'm being honest. the first half which i was able to listen to in full is pretty boring :( it just doesn't do it for me and there's no strong hook in the majority of songs sorry bout it Livin' off the land is quite a killer though *.* (the advantages of living in the GMT+ half~)
February 2, 20187 yr I’ve listened to this just once so far and I’m really liking it as an album, but I’ve no idea what could be the next possible single. There’s nothing very commercial here so I think the #15 peak of Filthy is the highest he’s gonna get this era
February 2, 20187 yr Author I'm currently on 'Supplies' and I like the album, but not quite loving it atm. It's very "just an updated version of the 'Justified' album" atm. Like no bad tracks, just a bit fillery. But we'll see as I listen to the rest. I'm enjoying 'Sauce' a lot atm though.
February 2, 20187 yr I've listened to a number of tracks I hadn't heard in a random order and have enjoyed all of them - I can't imagine it's something I would play if I intend to pay too much attention but it's great to have playing whilst doing things. Looking forward to listening through in full tomorrow!
