I still find the song itself only "good" at best, it's definitely one of their weakest singles. But the album to me only had three big smashes on and they've released them all already. I'd have liked Your Love for summer but this is one of the best remaining choices but it is still fairly average with or without Stormzy.

 

Surely a re-release or new album is coming after this, can't see them releasing anything else after Power.

I think it's easily the best song on the album.

Rumour that they're performing this at the BGT final.

I feel like the first half of Stormzy's verse could've been the intro, leading into Perrie's part, with the 2nd half being used right where it is (I really love the transition into the final big chorus from his verse <3)

This isn't featured on iTunes at all. (It's on Hot Songs, but too far back to have an effect)

On the whole, I think the feature fits in well. I don't really think it was essential as the song is a banger without out, but if it materializes into a top 10 hit for the girls I won't be complaining. I am intrigued to see how the public responds to this though, the iTunes position tomorrow will be very interesting, I hope they connect with it more than NMSS

Disappointed to say that I don't find Stormzy's verse is a natural fit at all. I was hoping this remix would clean the song up a bit but everything about it just sounds so clunky.

I wasn't sure about the feature on first listen but I'm really liking it now.

I'd rather they'd collaborated on a brand new song, but if it helps to make this song the hit it deserves to be I won't be complaining :')

Aww, really not keen on this as a single :( Power has always been one of my least favourite tracks on Glory Days as it is an absolute clunky mess tbh :( I'm glad they cut out the motorbike bits but then they ended up being in it right at the end and they kept the equally awkward 'HOLD UP' anyway so it still sounds cheesy. Stormzy has the best bit of the track to be honest...

 

I've absolutely adored all of Little Mix's singles since Black Magic (in a every song is a 10/10 track way) but this is their first proper dud for me. I'm glad you guys seems to be liking it though, hopefully they can get another decent sized hit from it.

Hope it can go top 10! Both Hair and NMSS remixes peaked at #11 on iTunes on the first week. Shame there is no iTunes promo for it like those two though.
