That was regarding songs that had been featured on previous albums (i.e. there were songs on High Expectations that had featured on Ivy to Rose).

 

None of those songs have featured previously on an Ella album so all the streams should be eligible.

Yes, it applied to them as well. (As far as I'm aware the OCC have never actually formally announced what the rule change was but that is what it appears to be)

So will all the streaming-equivalent sales from those tracks now be added to the albums total or will they only contribute to the album going forward?

It'll only count from the week they are added onwards. Same as how streams of singles before the release of an album don't count to the album's total.

 

I guess adding on a whole 10 singles that were not meant to be part of the era might be enough to get it back to the top 100 but what an empty achievement that would be :')

I know it’s still early but has this resurfaced on the iTunes albums chart yet?

I welcome them at least attempting to revive the album in some way.

64 in todays midweeks.

Nice jump back into the chart, all due to the deluxe I’m sure.

 

Hopefully it can stay top 100 and push for top 50.

Ya it was a nice surprise so hopefully she can stay in, shame she hasn't a new single out to plug it.

Yeah it would’ve been great if there was something to go with it. Even it was just a new dance feature.

Its strange they havnt but at least the album has got a boost, I wonder what its sales are. Probably less than 20k.

Some extra weeks would be welcomed if it can stay in the chart like the midweek information suggests.

Well the re release done the trick here in Ireland this week, the album re enters the chart at number 34 and getting a new peak from its previous number 70.
