Louisa did the national anthem in front of 90,000 people for the Klitchko vs Joshua fight just now - that's a big gig for her.
Starting to think 'I'm the One' will be one the biggest hits of the year...

blimey! where the heck is DJ Khaled and other over9000 artists' track appeared from?

scared af to have a lil listen to it

nothing really had me this week as like every new release seems to be a slow-grower for me, some of them being real torture (like FOB and Katy Perry), so I'm here for oldies like Skin, On My Mind (which I used to count as old), Cloudbusting etc.

p.s. I'm The One turned dark red on kworb (it's a common practice, I suppose)

41. Original Cast Recording- With You

There because of a basic instinct sob story from Britain's Got Talent.

Katy Perry's Bon Appetite is absolutely bombing everywhere around the world. Is the song really that bad? Even if it was really bad you would think she would have some sort of a fanbase to push it up initially for the first few days. It didn't even reach top 10 on i-tunes in the US at all, no matter how bad it was surely it would be high first and then drop. I know i-tunes doesn't sell as much as it used to but then it should be easier for acts like Katy Perry with such low sales. Her last lead single Roar opened with 557k and this pre album single might only reach 20k. I know sales on i-tunes aren't what they used to be but still they are not that bad. Chart music seems to be dominated by males/dance acts could that be a problem also that its a pretty bad song?

Bon Appétit

A #1 debut for DJ Khaled would be crazy! Think he's got top 5 in the bag regardless ~

Also, *FOUR* featured artists - WTF? :o

What next, giving a credit to the person who just plugs the microphone in?

Also, who can forget that Blu Cantrell had a huge hit with 4 features, didn't she?

Blu Cantrell & Sean Paul Feat. Sean Paul, Sean Paul & Sean Paul - Breathe

Speaking of features, what's the song with the most features (individually credited) to go to number 1? Is it that Notorious B.I.G. banger, 'Nasty Girl'?

I think so (with five artists), but also a charity single from 1989 'Ferry Cross The Mersey' was credited to The Christians, Holly Johnson, Paul McCartney, Gerry Marsden and Stock Aitken Waterman (also five).

Kaney West's All of the Lights was a strange one, cos it featured a lot of people but think only

Rihanna was credited in the end?

It depends on your source. Spotify/iTunes don't credit any featured artists, YouTube credits Rihanna and Kid Cudi, and the OCC credit Rihanna and Drake (despite Drake not actually being on the song).

I think Drake provided backing vocals, although it's odd he was credited yet Kid Cudi or Fergie weren't, when their parts were much more prominent.

I remember reading that there were 26 featured artists on it? I don't know if that's true but there were definitely backing vocals from Elton John, Alicia Keys. La Roux, John Legend...

Wikipedia says it was 14.

"All of the Lights" was written by Kanye West, Jeff Bhasker, Malik Jones and Warren Trotter.[4] Its production was helmed by West himself and co-produced by Bhasker. Fourteen artists lent their voices as background vocals to the song: Alicia Keys, John Legend, The-Dream, Drake, Fergie, Kid Cudi, Elton John, Ryan Leslie, Charlie Wilson, Tony Williams, Elly Jackson, Alvin Fields, Ken Lewis, and Rihanna, who also sang the song's hook and is labeled as a featured artist on the single version.[4][5] West and Rihanna previously collaborated with Jay-Z on "Run This Town" (The Blueprint 3, 2009).[6]

Ah okay, not quite 26 :')

Well that's yet another ludicrously stupid statement given each of the featured artists have very prominent and distinct moments across the song. Speaking of, I love it. What a tune I do hope it's as big as people are predicting on here <3
