Another example where the video is released and has very little impact on the song.

I swear videos are becoming less and less important.

I'm the exact opposite, Passionfruit feels like less of a hit than it was while I hear That's What I Like everywhere!

Probably just because it's very urban orientated in my friendship groups. I know a lot of my friends aren't fans of Bruno but a lot of them loved Drake's More Life output, particularly Passionfruit and KMT.

Or has it even been released yet? I swear videos are becoming less and less important.

It's in the chart post! :heehee: It got released so late that it had no impact, everyone already knew the song.

I think it's because it peaked quickly

It was released. Had about 0.02 impact on Kworb, but after being out for about two months and having peaked 6 weeks ago at the time it wasn't exactly going to make much of an impact :D

Biography

Quoting both the '90s rap group Sporty Thievz and dancehall don Beenie Man on his breakthrough hit "Dem Boy Paigon," U.K. rapper J Hus exploded on the scene in 2015 with a sound that mixed rap, reggae, and the new wave of electronic Afrobeat. Born and raised in the London Borough of Newham, the amateur MC first impressed his friends with his rapping, so much so that two of his mates pushed him into professionalism by offering to become his management. In 2015, they recorded a handful of demos and uploaded them to the web, cut the single "So Paranoid" with London rapper MoStack, and then uploaded a set of videos, including "Dem Boy Paigon." The latter was an instant street hit and quickly earned over a million views, then J Hus dropped his debut mixtape, The 15th Day, which featured the U.K. radio hit "Lean & Bop." - iTunes

This is still fantastic  The whole Common Sense album is fantastic, especially this, Clartin', Spirit and Fisherman. I hope the latter can go top 40 in the coming weeks, it's nearly top 50 on Spotify so fingers crossed.

Haha I went back and looked and edited my post but you've all caught me beforehand :w00t:

Biography

Karim Kharbouch (born November 9, 1984), better known by his stage name French Montana, is an American hip hop recording artist. Born in Morocco, he immigrated to the United States with his family when he was 13 years old. He is the founder of Coke Boys Records, and its predecessor Cocaine City Records. In 2012, he signed a joint-venture recording deal with Bad Boy Records and Maybach Music Group. Montana has collaborated with record producer Harry Fraud and rapper Max B before his conviction. More recently he collaborated with Rick Ross, Diddy and his MMG and Bad Boy labelmates along with his Coke Boys which include the late Chinx, Lil Durk, and his brother Zack.

French made his mixtape debut in 2007, and released his debut studio album Excuse My French on May 21, 2013. In 2003, he survived a gunshot to the head. Allegedly blackballed by radio and media in his earlier career stemming from his stint with Max B, in 2010, he had his breakthrough with "Choppa Choppa Down". In 2012, his single "Shot Caller" was one of the most added tracks on urban contemporary radio in the country. - Wikipedia

Unforgettable in the top 10 is still a bit weird to see, God knows where it's came from  It's a bit of a tune tho, wearing off on me fast however.

I find it weird that all 3 of French Montana's charting songs have been Top 10 hits...

Love this though
