I too hope Jane doesn't die. I was all for it back in May 2016 when Bobby attacked her but too much time has passed now and I don't see why Jane still needs to be punished for what happened to Lucy. Plus, as you say, I don't want to see Ian going through the grieving process again and losing another wife. SOC seemed to set Ian and Jane up for the long haul and took time to show Jane's recovery process and it wouldn't be rewarding to see Jane just to die after all that.

Having said all that though I think the hints about Jane could be a red herring. It could be she gets trapped but escapes by walking and the storyline could be about her recovery happening just in time. I'm amazed she's not been walking for over a year, considering this is a soap.
DigitalSpy are "confirming" that

Kush, Denise, Bernadette, Karen, Michelle and Tom will all be fine as they appear in spoilers for w/c 11th Sept

just posting this here because we get to see Claudette's iconic fall again with her stunt double who looks so much like her... :heehee:

I think Fi and Josh are brother and sister in all of this, I just feel they are scheming to change things in Albert Square by using Max, that's the way I'm reading into it at the moment, by the reaction of todays' ending.

I still think the person that will get killed off will be some random character that we don't really know, as I haven't heard anyone else leaving apart from Steven who will be bowing out during November.

And doesn't anyone think that Fi's mother story is convincing enough as I think its all a lie for some reason, she played it well if it is a lie.

Yeah it'll be like Fi or Josh dying in the thing and perhaps the nanny, if any of them. I think Fi's thing about her mum might be to draw Mick in as part of a plan to get the pub.

I actually said to my mum the other day when will Josh and Fi end up being connected and now look?

me to liam: can this Fi thing f***ing die what a c**t

me to liam 5mins later after she tries to bang mick: YASSS QUEEN ICON

I dunno, I think Fi's story could be real. She and Josh appear to be brother and sister and I still think there's merit to the Wilmott-Brown theory going around that the guy Max is working for is James Wilmott-Brown recasted and that Fi and Josh are his kids (some assume the man Max visited in prison and was never seen again is also related). Fi Browning=SoPHIE Willmott-BROWN is a pretty good alias and after everything her husband did, it wouldn't surprise me if the mother killed herself years later. Watch all this turn out to be rubbish tho.

LMAOOOOO mess

I feel like we're already seeing John Yorke's influence. Fi's scenes on Friday, although good and acted greatly by Lisa Faulkner, were quite out of the blue and seemed to dominate the episode, as if it had replaced something really shit or an embarrassing attempt at comedy. Notice how little we've seen of Robbie recently or Dot and Dave sagas. Wouldn't be surprised if all of Lisa Fowler's recent scenes were John's idea too, given they were largely all at a different set to what we're used to.

That's actually a really clever yet obvious alias now you've pointed it out! Can't see past the Wilmott-Brown theory now, especially considering Kathy was supposed to have a 'big storyline' coming up. If it were him, it would drag the Beales further into it!

I think I've decided that Steven probably will die. I'd love a shock death though.
