I NEED Zainab and Shabnam back, Nina Wadia has said she would go back but just hasn't been asked, so I'm hoping John Yorke realises she is exactly what the show needs right now. Masood in himslf is a good start tbh.

Didn't Masood leave to try and win Zainab back? Hopefully that'll happen. It was always the women who were most interesting about the Masood family; I can't see Shabnam returning as much as I'd be overjoyed, but Nina would definitely be up for returning, I reckon.

 

In other news, Shane Richie has expressed his interest in returning to Eastenders which I'm pleased about as I think that'll encourage Jessie to return too. Our lasting memories of the character can simply not be Redwater! :drama:

Masood is apparently coming back without Kamil so it's unlikely a Zainab return is going to happen... for now (one can hope :o)

Bit of a risque episode tonight, what with the life drawing, fake pubes and the all too realistic post sex scene with Mick and Linda, although at least they both looked happy for a change. I think the new producer’s influence has started, already feel a tonal shift.
