The tweet itself seems to hint at something more than just a basic performance, something special, so I would say it's highly likely to be some sort of mashup. Depending on how much time they're given it could be a mashup of up to all four new songs from the Platinum Edition.

"We’re sooo excited we can FINALLY reveal that we are performing on @TheXFactor on next Sunday’s LIVE FINAL with the amazing @CNCOmusic! You don’t wanna miss this one…trust us 😉 we are BUZZING!! 🙌 xx the girls xx"

This did pretty well over the weekend, it's still at #2 with 21.7k. Sam Smith will most likely overtake, but I can see them charting at #3 this week which is pretty great. Noel is VERY frontloaded, so I can see them returning to #1 one of the weeks after XF.

What a great result.

This will sell very well next week and then into the Christmas period.

I can see this selling at least 200k easily by Christmas.

It is a fantastic start and much stornger than i anticipated. With the X Factor performance and their all round popularity, i too think 200k through the Christmas period is possible. Should this happen, it will push the album to triple platinum. The question is, has it enough power to move forward and become their first million selling album.
Dear Lover and If I Get My Way both have growed on me A LOT the past few days really liking them both a lot now . Is Your Love Enough is definitely my favourite of the 3 though I hope they make it a single.

Sam Smith sold more than LM and Noel yesterday:

Noel: 4k

LM: 3.3k

Sam: 4.3k

LM will most likely end up at number 3 by Friday which is still great!

Anyone big releasing next week? I can see LM getting the top spot after X Factor (especially if they do 2 songs).

Joe doesn't think Sam will be a threat next week, I beg to differ. He's about to overtake them with no promo this week, so with the same exposure as the girls next week, I imagine he'll be above them. :( but we'll see.

Pete Tong is the big release next week. The first one was a big success so I think this one will be big too, but it all boils down to how big an affect the XF promo has on the acts. P!nk is also performing and I have a feeling she might have the biggest boost tbh.

I agree that they could be one of the biggest benefitters for after Christmas though.

Albums

1 Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Who Built The Moon [71.1k] *

2 Sam Smith - The Thrill Of It All [35.7k] ^

3 Little Mix - Glory Days [33.6k]

An insider has told me they're doing another 7/8 minute performance and it's 2/3 songs from Glory Days. That will give them HUGE sales into Christmas.

Sweet!

If they has released the album last week, they could have given Paloma a run for her money for number 1

But I'm glad Paloma got it, she deserves at least one! Love her!!

I know we all want IYLE performed, but I want to see a big tv performance of Power and NMSS :(
An advert for this was just on during the I'm A Celeb ad-breaks. It makes you realise how many bangers are on the album

Actually the same here, I know it's all nice and well to want them to perform "the next single" but I'd personally love it if they paid tribute to the entire era and in particular gave Power an incredible final-worthy performance which we never got from it.
