July 19, 20178 yr Hi Josh! I might have been a bit quick to dismiss 'Fetish' - it's proving to be quite the grower! I'm beginning to really enjoy the melody and the pre-chorus; Gucci is a bit irrelevant but I can see why a rapper was added to the song. Shame they're moving on from 'Bad Liar' already but I guess that might not be performing as well in the US or worldwide as great as expected? 'Summer Bummer' isn't doing anything for me, but 'Groupie Love' sounds quite nice. Her voice is so good in the chorus! I think 'Lust for Life' has been the best from the era so far but nothing has been anywhere near the quality of the Born to Die album or Ultraviolence singles. A shame, because I got the impression that Lana was indicating a return to that sort of sound. In more positive news, I think the full Ultraviolence album has finally clicked with me. The first six tracks are really strong and now I can say I enjoy the latter half of the album too. Now on to Honeymoon which I've probably only listened to all the way through once! Also pleased to see new Dua Lipa and The Killers enter! P.S. Happy Birthday for yesterday!

Lust for Life is definitely my favourite from the era too and is sure to be in my EOY top 10 at this stage because it really is glorious. Did you not like new Vamps album then :o Great Chart :DHi Harry Bad Liar was much more of a grower for me whereas this has been way more instant, Selena is on an absolute roll at the moment though *-* Same and the album is just fantastic too which is great, she'll probably end up being my most played artist of 2017 *-* I didn't really like Body Say whereas SNS is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me at the moment, the chorus is such an earworm even if she does just screech her way through it :lol: I agree that Deadcrush is a good single but I'd have preferred Adeline to be honest, that's a total 10/10 moment! Aww at the album missing #1 too :( Yeah, seems to be doing well on Spotify so far anyway, would be nice to have a bit of indie in the charts again!!
