Does anyone else think they take us for aimpletons every time an original with full on advanced production plays? Like yup, they haven't been scouted and don't have producers, nope

anyone who really follows The X Factor is fully aware that they use talent scouts.

 

I must say this series has been the worst I've seen yet though, barely anyone I really like and the auditions and bootcamp really dragged.

Yeah right :lol: It's not at all a new thing, an talent show does it. They still have to go through the same channels and audition but they scout a lot. The Voice scouts prertty much everyone on it I think. Although I did read 18/24 of this judges house lot were scouted this series lmao that is quite a lot.

We're getting wildcards! So there'll be 16 finalists across he 6 weeks, presumably one going home on each Saturday and one on each Sunday. It's probably a few too many for a shorter live shows but eh.

If that's the case, the manipulation and attempted dragging down of contestants is gonna be on another level to try and keep their favoured acts in :lol:

16 acts is way too many for live shows. Can the twist be that they all come from the girls because the other categories are full of shite x

Tracey was on This Morning today and looked so much better natural! Shame that can't change her vocals but oh well x

Ffs genuinely would have chosen the total opposite of those :drama: Not that I like Slavko, but Matt's voice is SO weak and Kevin's really grates on me. Tracey gave probably her best performance but what a joke, Talia and Berget were definitely the best vocalists of those 6. How can Nicole be like "your voice is always on the verge of breaking", "the public won't get it" and "you have a weaker voice than the others" but let them through :/

 

Yeah bit of a mess from Nicole there, I'm glad Slavko's gone but letting go of Talia is a big mistake.

Worst category ever, totally poles apart, Talia was the best of the six.

Really happy to see Kevin through - the type of sound that hardly ever makes the lives!

Rai-Elle, the first one, and Grace (obv) should go through. Not a fan of the girl that just did Sam Smith, so generic and uninspired.

Alisah is so bland imo, she has a big voice sure, but that's not what the X Factor is about. Sharon is right, she just always sings ballads like some sort of overly polished clean cut Disney princess. She's very much like someone who'd come like 2nd or 3rd on The Voice ad you'd never hear from her again (which is exactly how her career went in the Phillipines).

Rai-Elle strikes me as someone who'd really grow and seriously challenge for the win in a longer series, but with only 6 the ones who need a bit longer to flourish will suffer a bit.
