Where do we think Taylor will debut? I'm trying to gauge what's a good/strong debut to what isn't. Do songs ever debut top 10 on this chart?

Justin Bieber did with 'Friends' just last week.

 

Seeing as she's being promoted all over Spotify today I expect she'll at least have a top 5 debut, if not #1.

His #58 "debut" was based off 7 hours prior to NMF promotion, if it was given a release like Taylor's it would have gone straight in the top 10 for sure.

Interesting article suggesting that labels may be able to hold back new releases from Spotify's free tier for a while. This will slow down the chart even further I imagine.

Isn't it just for 2 weeks or something?

I thought this was news a while back that it was going to happen, I think they'll only hold back albums though so it won't affect the singles chart beyond album tracks not having as big of a chart impact in week one and then climbing in week three.
