It was never released outside the UK though was it?

Correct. The physical album was released only in the UK.

Also, she doesn't "ignore" it. She talked about it on Thursday's Q&A. B-)

Sadly I don't think any of their studio albums will reach those targets any time soon. To the point we might not see it happen until the 2040s, lol, unless a reunion gives their music a very impactful

NGUOTGT is such a missed oppurtunity even now. It could be a cute promo single for anything they do really. Imagine a montage video dropped to a radio edit of it before the tour last year with some clips of the tour photoshoot included. Or a post tour montage video of tour footage. Or an annimated video for it to coincide with the annimated movie.

It could be added to the digital versions of the GH (the track after Viva forever would be a perfect fit for it). A radio edit dropped onto itunes and streaming services. Heck they could have done a cute lockdown video for it too.

They would certainly get another silver certification out of it I'm sure and no one would care if it charts as it wouldn't be seen as a proper single.

Throw out an EP too of hot producers doing some 2020 remixes of it.

NBTSA and ITTY both deserve to be Platinum. They're both so much better and iconic then most of today's 'millionaires'.

 This SO much

Yeah I agree. TBH I would have thought that NBTSA and ITTY would have sold much better than those figures at least by now...
^ They will be Platinum in a few years. Also, When You're Gone is heading fast towards a million sales.

Absolutely! But the charts these days are so different, that you can't take them serious. I doubt most of today's million selling singles will be remembered in 20 years time, whereas Never Ne The Same Again is still very much remembered and on the radios.

NBTSA is wrongly ignored by radio . I haven’t heard it in years !!

Is it? Where?....

It does ok on Spotify though, but I wouldnt say it is 'remembered' by the general public otherwise you would see it much more outside of the fanbase.

Yeah sadly the only solo song that gets any radio play nowadays is When You're Gone. I have heard the occasional play of some of their older tracks NBTSA being one of them but it certainly doesn't get any frequent radio play.
^ Agreed When You're Gone is a huge radio staple.

O, haha, maybe it's just in The Netherland then, but I still hear it every now and then, assumed it was the same in the UK. And when I think of my friends who are casual Spice fans and don't really know their solo work, NBTSA is always the song they remember (as are I Turn To You and Geri's version of It's Raining Men).

Yeah, really. It would be good to see if any of them do have much radio play. I know that When You're Gone does, and NBTSA, ITTY, First Day of My Life and What Took You So Long do still get some small airplay across Europe every now and then, and WYG in the UK, at least, does get a fair bit.

Apart from that? Maybe It's Raining Men?

I would assume so, although I can imagine the original version of It's Raining Men would get a lot more airplay.

Maybe Mi Chico Latino or Look At Me? Both were big hits, but maybe a bit too '90's' for radios to touch these days.

When I went on holiday to Tenerife a few years ago we hired a car to drive around the island and I heard NBTSA on the car radio 9 times in 5 days. I also heard Mi chico latino, I turn to you, What took you so long and This time (random)... I was like I want to live here
Haha, so that's the place to be for Spice fans! Especially This Time is rather random (sadly)!
