Eamon – F**k It (I Don't Want You Back) // Such a tune I prefer this to the answer track

Legitimately thought an indie band I had head of called The Answer had a song on the album when I saw this quote until I checked.

Disc 1 faves:

1. Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme  [all time classic]

2. Gladiator - Now We Are Free [fab trance tune but sadly marking the end of the genre in the charts]

3. Kelis - Trick Me

4. Outkast - Hey Ya!

5. George Michael - Flawless (Go To The City)

a brill disc on the whole though!

Disc 2 faves:

1. O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei [iconic!]

2. Nina Sky - Move Ya Body [great urban jam]

3. Kanye West - Through The Wire

4. Girls Aloud - The Show

5. Britney Spears - Everytime

certainly a comedown from disc 1 but some dece tunes dotted around here too, some filler too especially towards the end.

Artwork: Love the summery vibe. Great memories of Summer 2004 as as first family holiday abroad! 8/10.

Disc 1 fave: Now We Are Free - a quite brilliant piece of music. Shout out to Left Outside Alone too which is quite possibly the best modern pop song of all time. A fantastic side in general, showcasing the best of the mid-noughties.

Disc 2 fave: Dragostea Din Tei - one of my fave guilty pleasures & a very rare case of a fully foreign-language song taking off at the time!

Overall: It's a great edition, only let down by a poor end to Disc 2. 8/10.
