Chris & Kem were #35 on Monday’s update. I hope they’ve dropped out today

Sorry, but they're still at #35 today. :w00t: :yahoo:

Wow! I'm shocked Mabel is currently #9. :o I was expecting Maroon 5 to be top 10 this week.

M5 have been ahead of Mabel on both itunes and spotify

So not surewhy they're down to @11

Mabel has two versions on Spotify

How do you know? There's only 1 version in the top 200 (#17)

Yesterday or the day before she had a remix going top 200

But just in and out for 1 day

Cannot account for much

OK.

I've noticed Finders Keepers has a second version on iTunes at #267. That could explain how she's top 10 atm.

They’re at #44 on Spotify and #108 on iTunes which means by Friday, they could be out

3 way battle for the number 3 position hopefully LM/CNCO can repeak

Shame pink was more frontloaded than I expected but still decent sales she be lucky to break 70k

Same here, it's been around long enough as well, ACR please!

I think she will get around 65k which is very good compared to her contemporaries, it's more than Katy Perry & Lady Gaga albums combined

Reggaetón Lento deserves that #3 peak. Probably their best single of the Glory Days era.

Am I also the only one who does not understand the Post Malone success? Rockstar is average at best.

I also don’t get how rockstar is doing so well. I’ve heard it a few times on Radio 1 and still can’t remember how it goes. Definitely the worst Number 1 in a long long time! It’s a massive shame as ‘Havana’ is a great pop song that should be at the top spot!

I hope CNCO/Little Mix don't repeak, such an average song...

Agreed, I have to turn it off when it comes on. That and Power have been such a weak end to this era which is a shame as Touch and No More Sad Songs were both great.

All these urban tracks are blending into one to me! I just don't understand why they're so popular? Ah well. 🙃

Theyre popular with a very specific audience

Which is the kids using spotify

I actually think the record industry has a big problem here

Cos Spotify is too-genre specific

And is damaging the rest of genres

Which do not appear in the charts anymore :/

Let's name all of the top 10 hit singles from the rock genre from this decade - I can't think of many :o Kings Of Leon the last really successful rock band. Do we include Coldplay?

I wouldn't really class Coldplay as rock or indie these days, not like they were in the early 2000s.

It's such a shame that rock music can't get in the charts any more :(

Kinda ironic really, when the #1 single is called 'Rockstar' haha.

I guess one of the last big alternative top 10 hits was Walk The Moon - Shut Up & Dance, maybe? But Imagine Dragons (although no top 10's) have done really well for themselves with songs like 'Radioactive', 'Demons', 'Thunder' etc..
