November 11, 20177 yr 1. Homer .. And it's impossible to rank the others! I'd say Homer is my favourite/the most iconic and well developed character of any tv show I've ever watched. He simply has to win this! Yes Lisa is that feminist queen!!1 Marge is the everyman mum and Bart is the lovable rogue but no one is funnier than Homer imo.

I think my favourite is Amanda Hugginkiss :lol: Poor Bart! :( Here’s how I would rank the Simpson family 01 Homer 02 Bart 03 Lisa 04 Marge 05 Maggie At least we agree on Maggie last!! I won't spoil my #1 though yet :heehee: I'd definitely put Bart 4th behind the others in terms of the "main" Simpsons family (excluding Maggie as she can't talk etc), I agree exactly with what you said! Lisa to win *.*It's sooo tough to split the top four so I'm glad someone agrees :lol: Bart is probs my least favourite of the core four too tbh. I just feel like his sense of humour is a bit more immature than the others. Hopefully you approve of the order of the top three then too. It's getting sooo hard to split them apart :( Mr Burns is so integral to the show, especially being the only real regular villain! omg Bart is not the worst of the family (disregarding Maggie)! I would put Marge last, expecting her to be next!Definitely my favourite villain too. The likes of Kang & Kodos and Sideshow Bob etc. are all fun but nothing beats a good old Mr Burns episode :wub: 1. Homer .. And it's impossible to rank the others! LISA SIMPSON OK this feels a bit wrong because she is like one of the GREATEST television characters of all time but someone has to be third so I've narrowly gone for Lisa. I'm not even sure how I'm splitting this anymore as there really is nothing between them now but Marge and Homer make the top two. Lisa is a feminist queen, the brains and the moral of the Simpsons family and just generally (one of?) the most relatable characters in the Simpsons universe. She can be hilarious at times but her intellect and warmth makes her such a special character :wub: MARGE VS. HOMER!!

November 13, 20177 yr Author 02. MARGE SIMPSON So Bal was right, there really was no other choice for the winner apart from Homer. I've seen a few people comment that they connect with Marge so much because she reminds them of their mum. This is getting a bit deep now but I think I warm to her so much because she'd everything I want in a mother, she's the emotional backbone of the family and always their for her children and husband. She still has her absolutely hilarious moments but she's probably the loveliest character in the show that makes me smile whenever she's on screen. HOMER SIMPSON You can't really have a favourite Simpsons character countdown without having Homer at the top really. All of the other characters below him are iconic in their own ways and I think, if anything, that this countdown has showcased just how many amazing characters the show has created. But at the end of the day, Homer MAKES the show what it is and he is the main reason that the show is such a success. Perpetually unintelligent and silly, he has many moments of bad parenting (and husbanding :heehee:) but is probably the most loveable TV character ever made and I just couldn't not have him as the #1 on my countdown :wub:
