Rumours earlier in the week that Normani had been working with Khalid, but Billboard has officially confirmed she has signed a solo record deal with S10.

She was always the next star (after Camila) of 5H for me. So I'm excited to see where she goes with her music! I assume she'll be Urban-Pop judging by her working with Khalid, but I shall move this topic to the appropriate genre forum, if needed!

Interesting that she's launching her career right now although it very much does feel like Fifth Harmony have come to a premature end right now :/ I don't think she quite exudes star quality within the group in the same way that Camila did but of the other four, she's probably the most easily-marketable. I do really want a Lauren solo album though, she's my favourite of the remaining members.

Normani has always been my favourite in the group and I was always drawn to looking at her in group performances/videos etc. so I really do hope this works out for her. Did I miss the announcement that Fifth Harmony are over though? :lol:

This is so strange! I thought they all had solo deals with Epic alongside the group?

Normani revealed in her interview with Beats 1 that the album is due for release in Q1 next year, the title will be a number and there's possibly another Khalid collab on it.
