Wonder why she was so quick to answer Emma but then refused to answer about the two Mels?

 

I guess it's because she'll be working with them both soon and is closer to Emma than Victoria who Im assuming she hardly ever sees.

Do you want to Spice Up Your Life?! RTÉ are looking for Spice Girls fans to take part in a short documentary about the biggest girl group in the world.

 

To celebrate the reunion of the Wannabe hitmakers, RTÉ is producing a documentary featuring Spice Girls fans who have loved them since they blasted onto the scene in 1996.

 

The programme will take a look at the ere-defining, girl-power instigators through the lends of their biggest fans.

 

 

RTÉ making Spice Girls documentary

With the pop group returning to Irish soil to play Croke Park in May, their first show here in 21 years, the documentary will look into how life has changed for fans over the years.

 

What were you doing when Girl Power reigned supreme and 90’s Ireland was all about Spice Girls World Domination?

 

 

Were you Scary, Ginger, Baby, Sporty or Posh Spice?! Have you continued to love them up until today and will you dust off your platform runners to go dancing in Croke Park?

US DJ Diplo helps the Spice Girls launch their comeback by sampling one of their hits on new summer single

 

Geri Horner, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Melanie have given their blessing for him to use their music to ­help celebrate their legacy.

 

A Spice source said: “Diplo is a big Spice Girls fan and wants to introduce their music to a new generation.

 

“There is so much renewed interest in the girls ahead of the tour and he has reworked one of their best-known songs for a 2019-style tune. The girls gave their approval after hearing it and are all excited about its release.”

 

Last year he teased he had recorded a new version of Wannabe with Charli XCX and last month performed a cover of the song with US singers John Mayer and Halsey.

This excites me, it could help their streaming numbers and dip their toe into new music and how that would be in 2019. Also if it is a sample they might be credited say Diplo and Charlie xcx ft Spice Girls, this happened when 99 Souls sampled Destiny's child a couple of years back and got them a platinum single.

 

As far as I'm aware it rings true as in samples need to be given permission where as straight up covers don't.

I think Who Do You Think You Are would be good.

 

Ive always thought that song should be sampled in some way.
