I personally don't care if they do it or not. Their own tour will always be the better option anyway.

On The Horizon is a bop. If it had been a hit, I highly doubt Melanie would hate it. The music video is awful though.

In the sink the pink interview this week, she said she would never sing this song again.

I feel she really does believe this song killed her career / momentum.

Dont know sammy, she sounded pretty strong on 'not been invited' on this one.

Maybe Emma just got carried away? lol we've all been there right? Haven't you ever so wished you had been invited to Glastonbury that you started to believe it to be true? B-)

Things is they all lie but the Queen of lying is Mel C. People think Mel B is but she just blurts out half truths, Mel C happily will say any lie to suit her narrative at the time.

Let's not forget staight after SW19 Melanie C was saying 2 shows were filmed which then a few months later turned into it wasn't filmed.

I'd much more believe Emma.

The whole second album was just bad. She needed to stick to the pop sound of the first to really establish herself.

I dont think Reason is bad at all, its no Northern Star but still a great record. It was more the time gap that damaged her. October 1999 - March 2003 was a big time lapse for her then young audience. I think many of her fans moved on to artists like Pink during that time.

Yes the time gap was too long, and certainly by the time Reason came around the chances of solo Spices having big sales and chart success were, unfortunately, gone... I think Mel C felt she had grown out of the Spice Girls audience, and unfortunately that wasnt the case at all... Or at least she wasnt able to retain the audience from her first album, which says quite a lot.

It certainly didnt help that by the time Reason came out, there was not just indiference towards solo Spices but generally antipathy towards the group as a whole, which also didnt help. And the fact that she launched it with Here It Comes Again also didnt quite help either, but there werent many songs available to really take the album to the heights of Northern Star, lets be honest.

It was such a drastic turn, from 900,000 sales with two huge hits and one minor hit, to sales of 100,000 and not even a minor hit...

Speaking of lies... Didn't you claim that the girls were definitely going to announce a tour in November 2020?

Plans were in place and dates pencilled in, if you can't see why it was never announced when we were in lockdown as was the rest of the world then I can't help you.

I also told you Into You was the next single before it was announced but there wasn't a pandemic to get in the way and funnily enough you ignored that.

It's fine though you don't have to believe me it's no skin off my nose.

Did anyone else get the mailer today? It was so nice they felt like an active band reading it. Watch our new lyric video, donate to charity to win our union jack sofa and stream our Girl Power playlist for International womens day.

It just shows even during the down times when they aren't actually actively doing something with a bit of effort and a good team it can still make them feel active or at least relevant.

It could have been posting the old Mama video, a throw back pic saying happy international womens day but a bit of effort made all the difference.

I guess what I'm saying is even if they aren't active it is nice if their team feel active not doing the bare minimum.

I appreciated the mailer too! Hopefully it's a sign of good things to come re: how they handle the forthcoming anniversary.

This was cute and nostalgic.

They were the year of the furry red noses too, can remember them.

I like that they offered the song, that they wanted to be involved as possible. I really wish the Sugar Lump version would get officially uploaded to YouTube.

I saw this earlier and thought it was lovely.

Black Coffee vs Hollier poll. They both came out around the same time and both hit 1. I dunno which to vote for!! Hollier's video has CLEARLY aged far better than All Saints'. Black Coffee's video was state-of-the-art then, but it now just looks beyond terrible with its green screen effects. R.e the songs, they're both among their best, so I still haven't voted!! I'm 50/50 on which I like best.

Voted for All Saints in both.

Black Coffee is a classic and obviously Saints & Sinners is an album campaign that got cut short due to silly in-fighting.

I voted black coffee such a stunning song and my favourite All Saints song. I always wished it was a spice girls song! That as a follow up to Holler would have been AMAZING!
