I haven't seen a single poll that had India staying, even on my Twitter where I would assume the people I follow are the sort of people who want the "entertainment" of India staying and see how boring Jonny is. Tellymix had like 70% to save Jonny last I looked and they're mostly always accurate. I don't know if that's just that India has riled people so much that people are voting Jonny to get her out as obviously in a head to head voting to save Jonny is the same as voting to evict India, most probably tbh  It's probably best it's a head to head to get India out now, so that we still have like 3 weeks of a series without her for everyone else to actually get a chance to be shown with their own stories to tell. If it was actually say India, Jonny and Ann, as it would have been under "usual" Channel 5 rules (or lack thereof, as they seem to just pick and choose usually) rather than how classic Channel 4 would likely have done it, it would have been more liekly for Jonny to go as those who wanted India out would be split voting for Ann and Jonny, whereas obviously now they can focus on voting for Jonny so she goes.

I don't think Jonny would have been up if it wasn't face to face, not that I care if he goes as I said, but it felt a weak round of nominations and Jonny had some awful cop out nominations, the classic "I just haven't spoken to you as much" which is much more common in face to face than in the diary room!

lol @ the dense people voting for Jonny. So when India goes, we'll just get a lot more Ginuwine/Ashley screen time! LOVELY!
Just catching up now. I have Sunday and Mondays episodes to go but some strong characters this year. Andrew and Courtney/Shane J are instant faves. Really loving Jesse and Malika too!

I can’t stand Ashley, I hope she doesn’t last much longer.

Dapper Laughs needs to go ASAP too.

Malika / Shane J / Andrew are the ultimate three. After looking forward to Amanda Barrie being there she’s hasn’t been very interesting, has she? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm quite disliking Ashley too, I never really took to her but there's just something about her that puts me off more and more whenever she speaks. "I can't believe G got a nomination, don't take my man" made me nauseous :puke:

Amanda is lovely and interesting on live feed, I'm hoping when India goes and the airtime opens up a bit she can be shown a bit more, or I feel like she'll be a fodder 3rd or so boot :(

Can a drag queen win? SO much love for her but I fear Courtney/Shane won't get the teenage girl/horny housewife vote.

I think she has the appeal, EVERYONE seems to love her. She's got the core fan support of course but even the sort of people who think there are two genders and revile at any talk of a spectrum seem to be loving Courtney. She's got such a uniquely eloquent way of explaining such touchy and contentious subjects in relation to her own identity that can resonate with anyone. People who don't agree at all are in love with her because she explains her own, perhaps totally alien to some, experiences in a way that educates, but is always happy to discuss and take on other people's opinions, even damaging or totally clashing ones to hers like Ann's or India's. That's such a special quality and balance to have I think, because me personally I think I'd find it hard not to be patronising explaining things that are obvious to me, and I certainly couldn't calmly discuss LGBT issues with India  I thnk even with people who have no expeirnce of drag queens, fin it all a bit alien, Courtney is brilliantly bridging the gap and most of all allowing for the range of opinions. She's not forcing it all on anyone like India, she's inviting everyone in and educating them in a way that fits whatever views they have.

Anyone who's a fan Drag Race, just imagine Sasha Velour in the same position

Shane/Courtney is actually playing it so well because he's touching base with everyone. the fact that he's one of the 'lads' is quite sweet and he's doing just enough with all the groups in the house to be liked unanimously. i'd love to see a Courtney win.
Courtney does seem like the sort of person who would bring their fans with them. I don't mean to make a generalisation, I'm just speaking from my own experience but with LGBTQ people/characters/content etc, fans tend to go out of their way more to follow them and see them be represented, especially on something like mainstream reality TV, so I don't think Courtney even needs the "horny housewife" vote as he's got a much stronger force behind him so to speak. I mean, when have you ever seen me this invested in a reality show? Or even post in this part of the site? It's basically because I am so compelled by Courtney and I'm loving everything about him and what he's bringing to the show, its so refreshing. I usually get bored by this point and feel it's the same "Villain characters" or forced "shomances" year after year and i end up giving up watching it. Speaking of shomances, Ashley is defo the driving force behind this fake thing with Ginuwine, which is a shame as I think he does actually like her. If a showmance is to happen, i will only back it between Andrew and Shane because that does seem really cute and natural, whatever comes of it.

Channel 5 have actually unintentionally provided us with a fantastic, educational series this time. I feel like I've learnt so much from Shane J/Courtney being in there at the same time as someone like India. It's amazing just how warm and calm Shane seems to be, coz if I was in there with someone as close minded as India, I'd have lost my shit by now.

But instead we're treated to some really insightful conversations that deserve to be shown to anyone and everyone in this day and age, and I find it really fascinating that the likes of Andrew, Shane L and even Ginuwine seem to be quite interested in hearing what Shane J has to say on everything. This is much more important than I think people realise and I am so pleased to see that most of the comments on CBB this year have been so far in favour of Courntey/Shane J, that at this point I would be very surprised if he didn't win.

India seems to be gravitating towards Shane J/Courtney a lot which is interesting!

Shane J comes across as very intelligent, I love his approach to discussions/explaining things. I wish everyone would discuss things in the same way he does, allowing the other ‘side’ to voice their opinions clearly and then offering his response in a really calm and positive manner, showing interest in actually listening to the other side. I feel he’s very good at psychology too, his suspicions over the women’s secret task clearly came from studying their behaviour.

Really going off Wayne, he seems to have a few tantrums, particularly last night with Rachel. Yes Rachel can obviously be quite ignorant if she’s continually doing that but his response was like a child! It showed again too when they were recylcing. His name drops are embarrassing too, he drops them WAITING for a response from someone.

Wayne is giving me Lionel Blair teas  He does seem to be a bit me me me, bit of a diva.

I LOVED Amanda putting India in her place, she's so right. Someone on my Twitter made a brilliant comment earlier that you can see the cogs turning in India's brain as she tries to say certain things, she's like a machine to get the right airtime and play the victim and try to get sympathy whilst still being dramatic enough to get lots of airtime.

India would drive me mad if I was in the house with her but I feel she’s given a lot more to the series out of the two up so she’d be my choice to stay. Won’t happen though.
Yeah as much as I’d hate to be in the house with her, I’d much rather she stayed than Jonny, who’s contributed nothing so far. It seemed like at the end of the episode she was finally beginning to realise a few things about her behaviour but it’s all a bit too little too late now, haha

India MUST stay

She's the star of the show and Johnny is a background character who's provided the worst scenes of the series - the lad scenes about shagging girls? How is that better than India

I get people saying she should leave over almost anyone else if you don't like her but even at her worst she's better than Johnny

i guarentee india is only gravitating towards shane j/ courtney now so that she can start to build up a friendship, so that by the time shes booted out she can be like "look how far i've come, i couldn't bare to be in the same room as a drag queen but now i'm best friends with one!11!!!"

her comments about not fitting in with either the girls or the guys also indicates to me that she's realising she's not got any allies in the house and that's not gonna help her out much, even if the public surprisingly support her. shane j/courtney is someone who's accepting of everyone and gets on well with everyone so india probably sees him as her best target in terms of trying to 'buddy up' with other housemates. maybe her chat with andrew is her thinking she can be part of the ladz ladz ladz gang :')) i love how she had one convo with him and now she's like "i've broken down barriers, we're close now" or whatever it was
