Is this really happening?

 

We still haven’t had a Louisa album yet.

 

I can’t see this doing much tbh. It should’ve come out at least a year ago. She probably had enough material to record an album with and using some of the songs already performed on the show would’ve only helped her but now there’ll be next to no interest. Unless Grace is doing the X Factor all stars series. But for her to release an album in Q4 would be disastrous it probably wouldn’t even go top 20.

It is strange that Syco didn't just rush-release an album full of songs she'd performed already on the show, and tacked a few on the end that we hadn't heard. They'd have done that in years gone by.

 

I really hope she can manage to get an album out there :( Still dying to hear full studio versions of Roots, Too Young, etc

I remain surprised Syco didn't rush the release of the album.

Had they went that route i believe the album would have performed strongly.

 

Loved her on x factor and I expected an album within 6 months of the show ending, I cant see an album ever coming now :cry:

She had two ready made hits, TOO YOUNG and ROOTS. Waited far too long..

Too Young could with ease have become a hit if they released it straight away.

It did fantastically well on itunes.

Too Young could have been HUGE! She could have had a huge debut year ala Rebecca Ferguson, Ella Henderson, Cher Lloyd. How stupid.

 

I hate EPs! It'll underperform and end up cancelling the album release.

 

Is she competing in XF All Stars or something? Is that what they are waiting for...

I don't know if they can justify her doing X Factor All Stars if she does appear.

As much as i like Grace i don't think she should be on the show for All Stars.

I kinda agree as she hasnt even had a single out which is a huge shame.

Are they waiting for the X Factor association to completely fade before releasing? I just don't get it. They gave the Sweaty Foreheads enough time and it became obvious they were the wrong winners anyway.

Really cant figure out what approach they are going for.

Cant see it doing anything now, might have left it too long but hopefully im proven wrong. Love her and really hope it does well as her originals on the show were INCREDIBLE.

Why there has been such a huge delay in her releasing material is a complete mystery.

All her original songs she performed were wonderful and all could have made it as singles.

I hope Grace can achieve some success as she holds great talent.

With all the rushed releases we have had from X Factor over the years i really dont understand why they didnt get Graces material out asap. Is she still signed to syco?

In the past rushed releases were the norm with X Factor with most of the runner ups getting quick releases.

Grace, one of the most talented runner ups, with strong original material ready to release, experiences huge delays in releasing which could be totally avoided.

 

It's such a shame because she even had songs ready to go but they left her so long I doubt anything will do much :( Like Roots was RIGHT there to launch almost immediately after the show!

Too young and roots were right there waiting to be hits.

there must have been some label shenanigans going on, otherwise it's impossible they waited so long, just be the same situation as Ella Henderson
