Today was better, I feel we're building up to Max / Lauren switching off the machine in tomorrow or Thursday's episode now. The robbery plot aftermath was a lot better than the awful robbery itself - it looks almost certain Mel will be connected somehow. I half expected her to step out of the car before it was shown to be Ciara (?).

 

I quite like Masood's new relatives, I keep howling at people slipping up about Masood's 'wild side' to them :lol:

Sort of don’t even know what the f*** that was. Definitely not a planned hour episode as the first half was complete shite. I am not inter weed in the Carter crap. Masood’s new family seem quite good though. Let’s hope this Ciara can keep things interesting.

 

Lovely of Sonia to finally remember her dying cousin. They really are dragging out Abi’s death though, it’s like they’re toying it’s me emotionally.

What an awful episode again...

Not as bad as Mondays episode but still pretty boring and all over the place.

oh I've been loving it lately been a nice change from dull and nothing happening.

 

Its been comical but thats half of the point it was all meant to go wrong and it was funny, if Corrie had done it it would of been classed as a classic but as its Eastenders which is only supposed to do dark and dismal its not allowed but either way I liked it and found it easy to follow (some on twitter obviously cant follow the alphabet judging by some comments)

 

Halfway if sticking about is obviously going to be Whitneys next love interest but his line to Shirley of 'Nice jugs' was brilliant light relief and I'm liking the fresh risky way Eastenders has been lately and I am totally loving Masood's aunt Mariam although her and her husband seem too nice and good so wont be long before some dark secret comes out.

 

Ciara I like, comes across as dont mess with me kinda gal, makes a nice change to have some hard face no nonsense female who seems to be quite a threat.

 

I did wonder why an hour last night, it was obviously two halves joined as one, it is also on tonight and tomorrow as football is on Friday

No, I can’t be having Halfway as Whitney’s new love interest. He’s pretty much Lee 3.0 and I can’t have more episodes moaning about how he doesn’t deserve her, can’t give her what she needs etc.

 

If Whitney wants to highlife, she needs to look further than behind the bar she works in.

I quite enjoyed having Halfway, makes a great replacement for Johnny when he leaves and a bit of light relief, I still can't get over that bit "nice jugs" at Shirley :lol:

This heist storyline is embarrassingly bad, on an opposite scale to the bins and Denise's pasta duff duff in that it's way too OTT rather than too muted and dull but still awful. It was so good around Christmas and now has just basically totally nosedived again, but I am loving Mariam so far *.*

I don't know what to make out of that one, hilarious though, neither Aidan made a switch and he is having the last laugh or Mel Owen has something to do with it which will be resolved next Thursday, as the next two episodes centre around the Brannings loss of Abby.

 

Kim was brilliant though telling Carmel and Denise that she lost the baby

The heist continues to be loony but we got some nice Denise/Kim and Max scenes tonight.
