December 17, 20177 yr I heard a clip of this on Arlissa's Facebook page, it sounded pretty basic but that's to be expected with Jonas Blue producing it. If it gets her a hit though, I'm all for it. Still not over "Sticks & Stones" flopping </3
December 18, 20177 yr the preview doesn't sound great but hopefully the full version will be a bit better
December 18, 20177 yr Was Arlissa the one who sang "Sticks And Stones" and "Into The Light"? I think I quite liked those. Intrigued for this - had completely forgot about Jonas Blue's new single in October, apparently stalled at a #74 peak, surprisingly :o
December 19, 20177 yr I actually like it from the preview of the chorus and drop of the song. Interesting sounding synths, sounds like my favourite drop in any Jonas Blue song. Hope the verses are as good. Don't know if it is going to be a hit after Jonas' last single flopped though.
December 19, 20177 yr Arlissa is fab, excited for this!! By Your Side is his only good song to date so maybe another artist I like can bring him back up in my affections.
December 19, 20177 yr Somewhat impressive that Arlissa is still trying this hard, some 5 years later?
December 19, 20177 yr Somewhat impressive that Arlissa is still trying this hard, some 5 years later? It worked for Estelle among others... I guess!
January 5, 20187 yr Yeah sounded alright to me, in fact tbh it stood out a little more than Rita & Liam on first listen but we know that'll go on to be a hit and this won't.
January 5, 20187 yr This is his best single yet imo, not too over sweet like 'Perfect Strangers' and 'Mama' which put me off them and a good vocal and interesting drop. Edited January 5, 20187 yr by mdf
January 5, 20187 yr What was over-sweet about "Perfect Strangers"? Literally the perfect poolside dance anthem of recent times.
January 5, 20187 yr What was over-sweet about "Perfect Strangers"? Literally the perfect poolside dance anthem of recent times. The lyrics, vocal style and cutesy tropical synths call make it sound a bit over sweet to me.
January 8, 20187 yr So this is doing nothing at all on iTunes or Spotify. Poor love couldn't even get a hit by completely selling out :( It's actually not as bad as I thought it would be! I prefer it already to the hideous "Fast Car" and "Perfect Strangers" and probably "Mama" on first listen.
April 8, 20187 yr Still regularly play this! It's such a tune. Gutted it hasn't done anything chart-wise :(
