Random Acts of kindness he says is about revenge & wishing people were not as sadistic as they are but in conclusion when writing the song he found that he was just as sadistic himself. ..he then acts the part of sticking ' a fork to the jugular ' :o ..he then says that RAK evolved from musically the theory of quality "causing harm to strangers by means of magic house" . He says it's a kind of mystical song being of Robbie trying to be Gandalf

 

The Crowley he refers to in the song is from this guy who was all into magic/spiritualism etc ( born in Leamington Spa in UK ) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleister_Crowley
