Liverpool deserved to go through over the two legs. Dominated both games with Hart managing to make some great saves to keep them in the game

I reckon Man city will win the PL this year as they have the funds available to do it. It's not fair in a way because how can teams like west brom and wolves try to compete with Man utd and man city
wolves wigan and bolton to be relegated and man city to win the premier league. :D
Woo I'm off to the Emirates tomorrow for Arsenal v Blackburn, should be good. I say good, I mean absolutely awful and Blackburn will probably win.

Pleasantly surprised? :D

West Ham held on against Millwall to go five points clear. With Southampton and Cardiff both playing other teams in the top 7 it could be a rather good weekend for us.

Blackburn were bloody awful. How they can go from beating Man Utd and drawing with Liverpool to that performance is beyond me. Absolute dross. I'm very jealous. Arsenal got a big 3 points with Liverpool & Chelsea having tough games this weekend and got +6 with their goal difference. Football's a funny old game though, wonder if some of the Arsenal fans desperately want Wenger out now? Same goes for the idiots that wanted Dalglish sacked after Bolton beat Liverpool!

I'm shocked, gobsmacked, totally saddened. A true fan who lived the dream of owning the football club he supported, he gave it his everything and has invested a hell of a lot of time and money over the past thirteen years. There were some good decisions, and some bad, but there always will be because he was only a human. He's taken far too much abuse for our current plight and not all Forest fans felt that way, it was only a vocal minority.

R.I.P. Nigel, you'll be sorely missed. :(

R.I.P. Nigel Doughty.

Surprised Carlisle managed to win against an in form Chesterfield side. I was expecting a draw there.

You can't make this shit up.

Happy as it's good for Liverpool, but Howard Webb is an absolutely w*** referee. Can't believe he gets away with this, every time.

Glad it stayed a draw in the end. Man Utd were terrible, gifted two penalties (which were excellently taken). Chelsea completely bottled it. 3-0 up, and they just took the foot off the gas. No other top team would have done that. Terrible substitutions from AVB.

Defining moment was Torres' hesitation at 3-2. Chelsea demoralised, and Man Utd still 2 points behind Man City, excellent :D

Was a good game, Oxlade-Chamberlain looks to be real quality. Could tell he had class last season when Posh played Southampton, but I thought he wouldn't make a big impact in the Premiership for a good 2-3 years!

Another product of the Southampton academy which has already given us Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Leon Best and others. If they can get back into the Premier League they may be able to hold on to players of that calibre even if only for an extra year or two.

He's good, but imo, still too early to be making him to be 'the next big thing'. Too much pressure on him, hope he doesn't go to the Euros.
